Friendly and helpful staff (sometimes tricky to find in Italy) and delicious, traditional, southern Italian dishes. Our discount hadn't been added to our bill, but the staff were quick to rectify this. I'd strongly recommend this place!

We ate here on our family vacation and the service and food were top notch! The food was amazing and the service was even better. We showed up early for a reservation and they were able to easily shuffle things around to get us seated. Make sure to ask the waiters for suggestions on the menu- you cannot go wrong! All the pastas are homemade twice daily and they have a fresh catch of the day selection for fish lovers.

We asked for pizza, they told us to eat locally, this is Amalfi and suggested pasta. The handmade pastas were really beautiful. Thank you.

When i arrived, with reservation, i asked the person in charge if i have 20% discount, she said yes. Later, when i left, no discount 64€.
La Piazzettadear sir, as I already explained to you at the time of the discount, the 20% is a promotion active only at dinner. I also showed you your reservation on the computer to show you that on May 1st at Lunch there was no active promotion because in Italy it is a holiday and many tables were already booked for several days. I am sorry that you are unable to understand how the fork discounts work.... best regards

Great place in a buzzing square. Service and food were both excellent. Local pasta dishes well worth trying.

We had amazing dinner. We made amazing memories. Definitely recommend. The staff is so nice and the environment is beautiful. Truly an incredible experience that I will remember forever. We had a party of 11 and the staff was very accommodating. You have to make a reservation!

+1We weren’t able to eat outside like we wanted, but the staff was doing everything then could. They were extremely nice, having offered us some Prosecco while we waited to get seated. Food was good, although I don’t recommend the seafood risotto or pasta since they’re not that flavorful. I would recommend instead the lemon risotto or something similar.

Food is great, and staff is ready to recommend some dishes however we felt rushed to leave the table at the end of the meal. They clearly had other people waiting but we had only been sitting for less than an hour!

We experienced a pleasant meal outside with great service. The crab, salmon, and cream pasta was delightful, the Italian bruschetta was tasty, and the ravioli was average. Drinks were nice. Unfortunately no good amalfi views from the tables, but we enjoyed our time.

We found this restaurant and we were delighted. The food was fantastic and the service was great. If you love seafood, this is the restaurant for you.

Booked online as had seen the previous evening how busy it got. Short wait for our table, glass of Prosecco provided was a nice touch. Initial order taking was good and informative of menu when we asked. Food quality good, usual Italian wait time for courses to come out and had to takeaway some of our pizza as over ordered and portion sizes generous. Fully recommended (they did close one day so check online to avoid disappointment).

Nicely located by the main shopping area in Amalfi. Great food and service. Even the house wine was fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Able to accommodate our large group of 10 with a reservation.

Great place! Patio is nice, it's centrally located, and the lemon risotto was tasty. Pricing was decent, staff is great (all speak great English).

We were placed under a hole in the wall adjacent to the kitchen where they were constantly screaming through. Also I sat next to the kitchen door and the waiters kept bumping into my chair. Apparently, they don’t serve pizza in the evening, so we had to order the much more expensive first and second courses. The food was swimming in fat and downright disgusting. The ‘grilled vegtables’ came out of a jar with oil.
La PiazzettaDear customer, to ensure the safety of our customers following the weather emergency that occurred last night (storms and strong wind) we were forced to not be able to use the room outside. We have done everything to ensure maximum comfort for the people who they had booked. If you didn't like the seat you were assigned, just tell us or cancel your booking. As for the food, tastes are subjective, but I can guarantee that the grilled vegetables like the rest of the courses are freshly prepared. We do not use vegetables in oil! If he was disappointed with the evening spent in Amalfi (in full weather alert) he could vent his anger in another way instead of writing an untruthful and not at all constructive review about my restaurant.

Touristy spot but this place was fine for the money. A little pricy but what do you expect

Excellent quality and presentation of local seafood. The grilled seafood platter was perhaps one of the best I've had in 20+ years as was the bruschetta. The restaurant would be better appreciated during quieter times in Amalfi. Service was rushed due to customers waiting, tables are very close to each other, the piazza extremely busy with tour groups passing through. Off season, highly recommended.
