An excelent experience, about food, cooking, the origin of ingredients, the way every dish is prepared, the service, the relational aspects (also with the owner and chef, the sane person), the ambience and the setting (table arrangements), and the curated knowledge they bring to your curiosity.

Really good food, but you need to know that is an expensive restaurant. We enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent. We will come back.
