8.5/10Very good pizza ( as usual) but don’t go on a Saturday evening. Despite the booking made, we had to wait for 20 min to be seated and all the service was delayed. Not the fault of the server ( too many tables to serve) but not our fault either

Valentine’s day ruined. The pizza crust is huge, the quality of the ingredients was disappointing with prosciutto and mozzarella without any taste, the pizza dough was burnt underneath, the service was bad as there was one waiter for 15 tables and the beers arrived after the pizzas. €48 for 2 pizzas and 2 beers: crazy prices, looking at the amount and quality of ingredients (just half mini artichoke was on the capricciosa pizza). We complained with the head waiter and he told us that the pizza maker maybe still doesn’t know how to use the new oven. Shame When you pay that much for a pizza, the pizza must be at least not cancerous.

6/10Waited 47 minutes for the order. My group took their pizzas 15 minutes before me. Only after I complained to the waitress did she finally deliver my pizza. Apart from the mediocre service, the pizza was OK but honestly, not worth the 20€. I have had similar pizzas at more decent prices in Brussels.

5.5/10Slightly chaotic and not very attentive service. Pizza took 45 minutes to arrive and we had to chase down servers to get more drinks throughout the evening. Food is good, but not good enough to compensate for the service.

10/10Very tasty food and nice atmosphere. But it was fully booked and a loud... Also, we wished the plates for pasta and pizza could have been warmed up before placing food on them. Thus the food got cold very fast and this is pitty for such tasty food....

6/10I do not like the service in this restaurant. They are quite unpelasant. And the prices for bevarages are not displaied so are very high. I will not return and do not recommend. The food is ok, but not better or worse than other Italian restaurants in the town (and nearby).

6.5/10We went on a not particularly busy evening and, despite the restaurant being not full, it took at least five minutes for the lady at reception - who seemed to be quite confused and disorganized - to find our reservation and assign us a table. The same lady, at check out, had to be reminded that we had used yums for this reservation, as she was trying to charge us the full amount. The pizzas are good, but a bit overpriced, in my view, for what they are. At least the service is quite nice, thanks to the efficient, kind and smiling waitresses.

The pizza is good but not extremely good, I think there was a decrease in quality in the last few months. Especially when you see the price you pay, that is above Brussels average, but the pizza is actually below. That said it's still a good pizza and service is quick and polite.

6/10Pizza was ok. Service made this a terrible experience. The server was not friendly at all. We asked 5 times for a forgotten drink, at one point we just gave up and finished the meal without having the drink. And the place was very far from being full… Same with missing forks and knifes. Very disappointing.

2/10Table was reserved at 7:45 and we got it at 20:05. Place mats were dirty from previous customers, cleaned a bit but not replaced. Service was very slow and personnel quite rude. Antipasti were served after 45 min and we got our drinks only 2 min before antipasti. We ordered croque with sausages. Sausages were finished and they brought us the classic one without previously asking if it was fine for us. However, on the bill they still charged us for croque with sausage which is of course more expensive. One pizza was partially burned and not worth the price. All in all the level of the restaurant declined significantly comparing to a few years ago and current level does not justify such a high prices. Will not come back. anymore.

4/10The food didn't live up to the price or hype. The service staff were on their phones, took our plates with food still on them, and opened the door, causing a major draft to come through the restaurant. It was 17 degrees outside, so everyone inside had to put on their jackets. The food was bland and the pizza was soggy. We received the food and waited 5 minutes before our drinks arrived. There were 4 servers and only 4 tables. All in all, it was disappointing to eat at this location.

3/10Probably one of the worst pizza in Brussels. Full of vinegar on top. Tasteless chewy dough. Unexperienced and unprofessional waiters.
