Disappointment, both with the restaurant and the Fork. Booked the restaurant with “Yums accepted “ having applied 50 EUR credit. No one called me, only when I arrived I was told that the restaurant doesn’t accept Yums because “the manager said so”. We wanted to leave, however as we were hungry, decided to give a chance to the food. Pizza was completely over-burnt. Salad was OK. On a positive note, waiters were very friendly.

There was a good range of food - some of it was very good, some nothing special and over priced. Service wise they were very good. We booked and ate in the restaurant on the 29th December. We also booked 3 months in advance to eat on the 31st December. When there on the 29th December we asked whether it was possible to make our reservation slightly later. The manager said that that was absolutely fine and showed me the changed reservation on the system. On the 31st December, I received an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled. Thankfully I didn't see the email until after we arrived at the restaurant and there was a table free in the restaurant. I'm very glad I didn't see the email beforehand as we would not have gone to the restaurant and would have ended up having a takeaway in our room.

Booked this restaurant as it had a very good write up online, specifically for both cheese and meat fondu. However the night we were there they had electrical issues and we were unable to have the meat fondu so disappointing . We were offered free deserts which was appreciated.
