For a day hike and lunch up and down the mountain, this was an outstanding stop on teh way down.

Love,love,love this special little gem. The owner was the most charismatic, engaging and welcoming young woman you could possibility meet. We had the loviest chat before ordering as the restaurant was quiet at that time. Dining here as an experience more than just a fantastic meal. The ambiance was very relaxed and welcoming. There were two levels, one that housed the restaurant and the lower level with hammocks and chair where you could relax and take in the magnificent views or chat with other guests. We loved Chop, the cat, who was sunning herself on one of the tables and Otto the goat who was down on the lower level. Now for the fantastic meals, my husband had the most mouthwatering bbq ribs and homemade chips, two of us had their pasta of the day that was delicious and the other had their chicken dish which was also scrumptious. Lastly, we had their white wine native to Ischia and cherry cheese cake for dessert….yum. Please treat yourself to this wonderful experience, you will be glad you did.

We had a faboulus dinner, highlight were the gnocchi and the rabbit, just delicius. Would definitelly reccomend as this was among the best restourant we visited in Ischia, the only factor to take into account is to get there and particurlary the last 100 meters are quite steep, unless you have a 4×4 or a Suv the easiest is to park before since as there is a parking area of another shop wich can be used. Service was also on top, friendly and welcoming. The food choice is consistent with the concept of a small family restaurant, the focus here are vegetable and meat choise between a number of freshly prepared dishes do not expect menu with 50 different options. The location is beautiful almost on top of the mountain you will enjoy the better view during the day for lunch but even for dinner it was quite a nice atmosphere. Would definitely reccomend and looking forward to return for another amazing dinner.
