Very welcoming and excellent food. What more can you ask? We both had fish starters, followed by fish mains. All very good and at a reasonable price.

Fabulous decor, with traditional wooden booths, moulding and window surrounds. Stunning stained-glass dome on ceiling. A great old-world atmosphere.

The ambience went well, of course. Though, the waitress was a little rude, as my friends were confused on what to order as they were not so hungry and also because they looked 'alternative'.

The restaurant is beautiful, such gorgeous art nouveau decoration and architecture. The menu had some great choices with so many classic Belgian dishes, but the quality of the food wasn’t super high. Our cheese croquettes came out cold, the mains were quite basic. Service staff were nice but rushed so we waited a lot. Generally a nice evening but won’t eat here again.

We had a dinner in 9 people. The restaurant serve all menus in good timing and taste were all good. Good location and good classic design inside.

A lovely unspoilted Art Nouveau setting, with delightful furnishings and decor. Decent straightforward cooking, with a fairly extensive menu (mainly Belgian/French) and a very good drinks list, majoring in beer as one might expect. 2 course with wine, water, and coffee came to 38 Euros. A good mid-price. And walking distance from Gare du Midi!

Good range of starters and excellent French-Belgian main dishes! Pavé de boeuf was very well cooked. I know from being there before that the carbonnade is excellent. Wide range of beers and short but good wine list.

Friendly efficient staff, very nice monkfish. And shaded outdoor seating on street corner, which was nice on a hot afternoon. Only had a one-course lunch so not much more to say.

We had a very comfortable meal and the people are nice. We went a Sunday night and the second floor was closed but we were given access for photos which was nice enough.

The ambiance is perfect: true art deco ornaments and paintings and splendid. The house wine is very good, as well as the food, traditionally "bruxellois". If we might suggest an improvement, it could be nice to have waiters and waitresses better dressed: being in gym suit does not match with such a nice historical ambiance
