I booked this restaurant through The Fork, and everything started off well — the food was decent and the service initially attentive. However, the experience was completely soured at the end when I asked to pay via The Fork Pay, as indicated when I made the reservation. I simply reminded the owner that the restaurant was listed as accepting The Fork Pay, in case it was no longer valid. Instead of a polite clarification, he became aggressive and visibly irritated. His response was, “You can do whatever you want,” and when I proceeded with the payment via the app, he treated us as if we were trying to skip the bill, saying “You haven’t even confirmed the payment.” It was an uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful way to treat paying customers. I’m perfectly fine if The Fork Pay isn’t accepted anymore, but there is no excuse for this kind of hostility and lack of professionalism.

We were looking for a place for a French-style dinner and found the recommendation on the app, a small and cozy restaurant. The waiter was pleasant and patient, the dishes were very tasty. We tried the escargot and duck confit which were really good. The restaurant was quiet even though there were quite a few people there. We enjoyed it very much.

A fantastic dining experience! We had the confit duck leg, the beef cheeks, and the aligot with sausages — all beautifully cooked and full of flavour. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was truly outstanding: incredibly friendly and impressively fast. To top it all off, the wine list was excellent, with great options to pair with the dishes. Highly recommended!

For first time visitors to France, La Propriété Française gave us a wonderful Parisian dining experience. The host was very gracious and kind, and the dishes were all excellent. Probably our best dinner out, ever.

I think it's fair to say to was our best experience in Paris! They were very hospitable and attentive, helped us pick the right wine for the mixed platter, and the meals were absolutely delicious! I've never had smoked salmon like this one. Highly recommend it, the services and food are top-notch! We will definitely come back!

Excellent friendly service, and the fixed price menu is great value. The food is only good, though. My baked cheese was a bit bland, though the charred crust and seeds were awesome. The chicken with truffle sauce was definitely the highlight, very juicy with a rich flavor. The cheese plate was a bit disappointing, had been hoping for a bit more accompaniment, but it's still good cheese! The bread was below average for Paris, but it wasn't the focus. Overall I'd still recommend this place

We were greeted by Franck, who is charming, very friendly and extremely helpful. Our meal was delicious starting with a selection of French "charcuterie" which was outstanding. The wine was perfect and quite reasonable. In addition to being a great restaurant, it is also full of French specialties from wines, liqueurs to jams, cookies and chocolates. We highly recommend this cozy little restaurant in the heart of old Paris.

Tucked in a back table surrounded by locals, we couldn’t have asked for a better Parisian dining experience. Friendly and welcoming, they genuinely enjoyed serving us and all the customers. And the food was outstanding, rustic but elevated to a whole other level. We had confit duck, juicy and crispy; braised pork in “caramel” sauce stole the show, a wholly unique and unforgettable flavor. Onion soup on point and chocolate molten cake to end. Truly one of the best meals and most gracious hosts we’ve had in France, even gave our two young daughters a souvenir to remember the restaurant. Go here on your next visit to Paris.

Our dinner experience was really good. The dishes on the menu were a good selection of French cuisine. The ingredients were very good and freshly sourced from France. The starters were delicious and good generous portions. The duck confit was done perfectly which shows the chef’s good cooking skills. The caramelised pork was amazing. The desserts should not be missed. We wish we could have tried everything on the menu. The chef did a great job and the host was very welcoming. We will be back next time we are in Paris.
