As soon as we finished dinner at La Republica, I received a call and a very nasty SMS from a staff called Raul : “Thanks for the fake booking and Merry Christmas! Hope you one day book a table at a restaurant and don't get a seat . That reflects a lot about the restaurant’s quality and management despite the mistake they made. I clarified it is not us (with screenshot) yet no apologies . It is even more shocking about the fact that we ordered a drink, a main course and a starter for each of us yet got this treatment.

It was a wet and stormy night in Stockholm. My lover and I just spent the evening watching a comedy about a New York writer losing his relationship to mediocrity. Enter Steve Buscemi, retired serial killer and savior of the day. The laughter made our tummies rumble and in need of something truly spicy. Tres Tacos didn’t have seats. La Neta seemed too low-key for this romantic evening. We needed vibes. “What about that place we keep walking by in Nytorget?” “What place?” “Take my hand. Come with me!” With a quick Fork ressy to save our seats, we made a journey worth journeying. As we stepped into the dimly lit cantina we were welcomed by the host. Like a moth to a flame. A stranger in the shadows. In a flash, we were in our candle lit seats by the window. A corona for the two of us, carne tacos for the boy, pescado tacos for me, guac and beans for the table. I wish we had one more taco for the price, cause they’re quite small. Beans were bomb. Guac was mostly salsa.

very nice service, good location and cozy atmosphere inside and outside. But I had higher expectations for food quality and portions side. Tacos 🌮 were bite-sized really.

You need a microscope to see the portions of this place. The Guacamole w Totopos had eight (8) chips in it. Not amazing value.
