4.5/10We had a 9:15 reservation and arrived promptly. Although there were many open tables downstairs, we were put upstairs in a corner, not 2 feet from the bathroom door. There was a table of 30 American students next to us. We were seated first yet their orders were taken before ours. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order and then another 15 minutes to get a glass of water. We weren’t served our food until we were there for one hour and 15 minutes and we did not order paella. It was a very simple piece of salmon and a piece of steak. The salmon was actually very good, but the steak was almost a grey color, and it was so overcooked that there was at one point I choked on it The table next to us had 5 paellas brought to them before we even got our food. I don’t understand. Maybe they forgot about us cause we were in a corner next to a bathroom, but it was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had out in this City.

they said the booking wasn't confirmed event though on the app it said it had been confirmed and I even received an email saying the same, but we were only 2 and they had a table for us, so it wasn't a big deal. The food was amazing, we tried a paella with octopus.

9.5/10Will absolutely recommend. I did give service 4-stars bc their system makes them be overwhelmed. Everybody comes in at the same time and start ordering, so the servers are running around very efficiently but still running around.

10/10If you are interested in genuine local specialties, this is the place. No frills. Good people. Fantastic food. Desserts not so much, but those aren’t what they do. What they do is fantastic starters and wonderful rice dishes.

We loved this restaurant from the start to the end. Making the reservation was super easy. They sat us at the table as soon as we arrived and they took our order right away. We ordered the "paella valenciana" and it didn't disappoint. It was just "en su punto." We'll definitely be back when we visit Valencia again.

Nice traditional place . Waited a long time for our food and it was a bit overcooked so slightly disappointed . The prices are good and it’s very popular that gives a nice atmosphere. It was hot in the dining areas but it was a hot day . Nice waiters.

Everything was really fine. Starting from the meeting us but Lady the owner the service, food and drinks up to the moment of leaving the restaurant when even the Chef came to say us goodbye.

8.5/10The food was great, as I been there before. But this time unfortunately the service wasn’t the best. The food took 1 hour to arrive, when they said 30 minutes and no apology. Would still recommend as the paella is very nice.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly warm, just like a neighbor from back home. Additionally, their seafood paella and desserts are very authentic and delicious. The prices are very reasonable. However, for such a great restaurant, it's best to make a reservation in advance or arrive early to avoid missing out.
