10/10Must try, you won’t regret it💕 gorgeous old world charm. Tried seasonal menu, aged steak and monkfish, pavlova for dessert; regular menu of mixed textures vegetables. Wonderful service and meal.

7.5/10Luxury but antique-style ambience. Service was exceptional especially those who brought the food, but not who received orders. Food was most disappointing, no menu impressed us that much and putting canned tuna in tuna salad at a luxury restaurant seems shocking.

9.5/10Great food and ambience to spent a peaceful and enjoyable night. Most of the staff was friendly, but could have been more attentive to the clients (although there were only a couple of tables with costumers, we sometimes struggled to find someone or to disturbe the staff members speaking to each other)

3/10Very disappointing experience. Our lunch was moved to a smaller restaurant and not in the dome as booked and expected. The seating was incorrectly laid out and so we had to wait for them to assign new table and we found the staff not very organized or professional. They got our orders mixed up and spilled Red wine on the table. The tables were very sparsely decorated, taking into account that it was Christmas Eve, so overall a very disappointing experience.

10/10It was a very nice time we spent there. The menu not only had delicious dishes, well chosen and made with high quality products, but also its presentation was very careful. In addition, the staff was attentive and pleasant, if you need something they are ready to offer it to you. It's also wonderful to listen play piano while you have diner. For all the above, I absolutely recommend it for all people who enjoy all these important details.

10/10The table was ready when we checked in. The beef tenderloin was excellent. The tomato in the caprese salad was a little blanched and I preferred it fresh and sweet. The serving of motzella cheese in the salad was very generous and tasty with the pesto and pine nuts. Excellent dining experience overall!

8/10We made a reservation through The Fork, where it stated we would receive 30% off our bill for food. We were charged the full amount and not offered the discount. Disappointed that they did not honor this. We had eaten at Asian restaurant in hotel the previous evening and they gave us 30% off. We did not ask for it, but reservation states you will receive it.

9.5/10This place has a long tradition and the atmosphere is special, with the focal point being the large colorful rotunda in the center of the space. The waiters were friendly and fairly attentive. The level of English was a bit lacking at times, given that this is after all an international grand hotel. The quality of the food was very good, especially the vegetables. The sorbet dessert was excellent, however, the fruit plate was a bit average. Overall, it was a nice experience.

10/10A beautiful historic hotel and restaurant! The scallops and rice were absolutely delicious, as were the tiny finger sandwiches that accompanied our drink order. Service was friendly and impeccable, and a Madrid highlight.
