10/10This restaurant surpassed expectations. Service level was impeccable. We were there for my wife’s birthday. Excellent food all the way around. Eat outside if weather is good. Inside was quite interesting in a great way with the lighted ceiling.

7.5/10The first server was vey unaccomplished. The FishSoup's one of three types of fish had an overpowering fishy smell and taste that did not go well with the sauce itself. Overall, the dining experience was OK but for the price, we have been to many more restaurants with finer food and consistent service.

6.5/10I’ve always loved La Rotonde and have been there many times over the years. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time observation, after several recent visits, the experience has clearly declined. The setting remains beautiful, and dishes like the foie gras and desserts are consistently excellent. But the main courses lack the refinement and technical precision you’d expect at this level. The most disappointing part is the service. Each time, lunch has stretched to over three hours, which feels excessive. We’ve often been served by multiple different staff members (up to five during a single meal), creating confusion and inconsistent attention. On several occasions, we’ve had to pour our own wine and water and were left without proper follow-up. La Rotonde used to feel magical. I truly hope they can bring that magic back, because the potential is still there.

6.5/10The food was good, but I find this place to be terribly overpriced. 12 Euros for a bottle of water and 12 Euros for a cappacino. The quality of the food compared to other high end restaurants in the region was not better. And in total the bill was much more than what you would normally pay. I think you are paying to eat at "Negresco".

10/10Loved the food and service in the restaurant. However, the greeting in the hotel lobby almost prevented our going. When we asked the directions to La Rotonde, we were told (not nicely) to go back out (into the hundred degree temperature) and walk down to another entrance. Thankfully, the restaurant staff was wonderful, we had a delightful waiter, and the food was excellent. Would not ever recommend the hotel. We were at the Hyatt a few blocks away where we were always greeted with a smile and kind word.

8/10I chose this restaurant to get the most out of my anniversary experience. When making the reservation, I asked for a table with a nice view, but they gave us a table that looked out onto the street with motorbikes and cars. I didn't like it! I had also ordered wine for 68 euros, but they brought me another one, supposedly the same price, but when I got the bill it turned out to be 82 euros. Otherwise, the food was delicious, the waiters were friendly, they had put a candle on the dessert I ordered, but overall it wasn't what I expected.

This was easily one of our favorite stops on our honeymoon. We were greeted warmly and the incredible service continued throughout the meal from every employee we encountered. The location is beautiful and the menu very impressive. My husband did the three course dinner (appetizer, entree, and dessert for 69 Euros) and I got the lobster spaghetti - we both loved every bite and the the little surprises at the start and end of the meal. They also had some very nice Mocktails, which we definitely appreciated!

Nice atmosphere, wonderful setting. We decided to eat indoors and we had plenty of space. We had a couple of lovely cocktails prepared for us. My wife had an avocado and nut salad followed by sea bass, whilst I had the burrata followed by sea bream. All was cooked and presented very well. We shared a strawberry tart for dessert which was delicious. I didn’t give top marks for service, due to feeling a little rushed at times when we wanted to relax and take it easy. A lovely evening.
