7/10Staff is nice and place is beautiful and unique. However my husband ordered fish which was smelly and after we sent it back they replaced it with a “ surprise cheese platter “ however still left 50 euro dish on the bill.

The food was divine, we really enjoyed every single dish we ordered. Would definitely recommend the place. My only suggestion would be to either have a musician to entertain the guests or turn up the music because we could barely hear it, thus lacking a bit of ambiance.

4/10This restaurant masquerading as a Michelin one, is rather crafty. It's just a brasserie (a bad one at that), so don't confuse it with holding any awards, that's another restaurant in the same hotel. The food isn't good, it's just about ok. Just bizarre flavour choices mixed together. Fillet steak was ridiculously chewy as it had been sous vide and just browned off. Vegetables from a frozen country mix which in the UK you'd get from any supermarket. When we questioned the food, we were told it's the same chef as the Michelin Star restaurant - which they were masquerading as. Even as you walk in, a glass case shows the award. Worst meal in Nice, really don't bother, we had great meals in La Petite Maison and also Cote Lounge - choose one of these.

5.5/10We were 2 people dining. The service was terrible. The servers forgot about us and we waited for an hour until we were served. We had to remind them twice to bring out our food. The food came out completely cold. The temperature changed the way our food tasted. Nobody cared or came over to our table to ask us. When the server took our main course tableware away, we waited 45 minutes until we received a dessert menu, despite talking to the host. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

We took advantage of the three course fixed price menu and enjoyed every course, The service was outstanding, as was the food and the presentation. The restaurant itself had a lovely luxurious ambiance and the hotel is simply a gem.

10/10I booked the restaurant for a clients anniversary dinner and the staff went above and beyond. I order a customize cake, they let me come early to take photos of it. They also presented the group with a surprise I had dropped off from their families. The staff was impeccable, the ambience and food was also good (according to the client).

3/10The service was very slow. We were there for quite some time before our server showed up and offered an apology for his tardiness. The drink I ordered took about 20 minutes to arrive. My wife and I both ordered the filet medium but it came out extremely rare and very tough. Neither the kitchen nor the server corrected it, despite it being served cut in half and clearly visible that it wasn’t cooked properly. My wife ate none of her steak and I had to cut out the middle as it was basically raw. When askef by 3 of the staff how our meal was, I informed them that it was not to our satisfaction. They all just apologized and charged full price for a meal that was not eaten. My wife also ordered additional vegetables because she couldn’t eat the steak. The server apparently forgot to put in the order for the vegetables. After a long time waiting, I questioned him and he then went into the kitchen and came out and said it would be ready in three minutes.

5.5/10The ambient is good, the hotel is with rich history, and the decoration settings are good. The service is really disappointing: 1. We have to add water ourselves and at no time were the waiters helping; 2. The table was full of bread crumb but not cleaned promptly; 3. I was put at a seat where waiters have to pass through between my chair back and another guest, and the waiters kept bumping into my chair. It is appreciated they are busy and the place is busy, but such would not be a pleasant experience and at no time I heard apologies from the waiters; 4. We were on the way out after paying but the waiter ran in front of us and stopped us prior to him checking if we have paid. This is, unfortunately, not matching with a good restaurant experience.
