Exceptionally delicious: MENÚ LA VIANDA. The experience begins in the beautiful garden, with main courses served inside the house. Pleasant, attentive, and friendly staff. It was a wonderful experience.

Fabulous meal with great service. the cocktail and snacks on the patio were lovely despite it being a little cold. Once inside the service was attentive and not intrusive. I went for paired wines and had some really good ones - and one or two that were a bit more unusual - just what you want from a sommelier, not just the expected options.

If you are ever in Valencia this is a must visit. This is a dining experience like no other. From the minute you walk into the door until your last bite you feel like you’re the only customers in the restaurant. The restaurant resides in an 1865 home which creates an atmosphere that is quaint, cozy and creative, Now for the food…..The flavors and presentation is exceptional. The variety of flavors were unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Also, there were so many plates I had to ask for a break before desserts. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Perhaps the best dining experience in Spain. The facility was beautiful and the service was excellent. The staff was confident and comfortable. The food was delicious, interesting and still comforting while being innovative. Unlike some expensive restaurants that are whisper quiet, La Salita had a great atmosphere that made all the guests comfortable.

The food, ambiance & service of La Salita de Begona Rodrigo in Valencia was outstanding! I have dined at many Michelin star restaurants in my life, but this one WAS THE BEST. The attention to detail, the hand crafted plateware, gorgeous stemware & surrounding atmosphere was incredible. Chef Begona & her team have a winner & we look forward to returning!

It ist a beautiful place. Outside in the Garden it is very cosy. Inside it is renovated,but they kept the old floors, doors, windows etc. - stunning! Lovely Decoration! Just The light is a bit bright (in the central room where we sat). Delicious food, presented extravagant! An absolut Must in Valencia!

La Salita de Begona Rodrigo is a fantastic find hidden away in a quiet street in Valencia. We were greeted and served by the most attentive and knowledgeable staff who ensured we were well informed about the dishes we were eating and that we wanted for nothing during our 10 course menu experience.

We had a leisurely lunch that lasted all afternoon. You will start outdoors in their private garden with cocktails and appetizers. All wonderful! Then you move inside to a historic and beautiful house where the food just keeps coming. My partner and I each selected a different vegetarian menu. We thought we would be choosing from the list but we got everything on each menu. Small portions but many dishes so pace yourself. Plan on 3 hours. Highlights were the spaghetti, the soups, the bread and the desserts were amazing. We also appreciated the care provided by the hosts who were so attentive to detail in explaining the offerings and ensuring that we had the best experience possible. Bravo to La Salita.
