The food wasn't great.

My family and I recently dined at La Serenissima and enjoyed a fabulous dinner! We love the ambience of this restaurant and enjoy the perfectly prepared food. We eat here every time we are visiting Venice!

We went for lunch and overall experience was great. The waitress were polite and attentive, the food was amazing. Our pastas came out steaming hot as soon as they were prepared. Some prawns were not very fresh as they smelled slightly. The black squid ink pasta could have had more squid.

It seems to be a general culture of Venice but I think that waitress/barman should be more polite and frindly. The way they speak with clients are not very nice.

Try the pesto pasta with burrata. It came out hot and fresh and perfectly cooked. Affordable with the discount!

We had a group of 18 people. The staff was accommodating and helped our folks who had food allergies. The food was excellent and NONE of us left hungry! Great choice for our post-opera meal!

lasagna was great (although the noodles were slightly overcooked.) Staff did not seem happy to be there. Had to ask for everything cause they didn't offer. Wouldn't give me tap water even though it's safe to drink.

We originally came across the restaurant during the lunch hour and had such a wonderful experience we came back the last day for dinner. Very small restaurant, the food was excellent, the wine and the service was excellent!
