9/10The food was excellent. It was just very quiet and we were downstairs where it was very warm. There were a lot of empty tables. Adorable waitress we had a wonderful meal and a wonderful time. I would recommend it.

10/10From start to finish everything was impeccable. A tour of the kitchen and wine cellar was a welcome treat. The food was absolutely amazing, we all four of us had the Tasting menu, every thing on the plate was complimentary to the dish, very well thought out and executed dishes. It was so good we made another reservation in three days time. Can’t wait to enjoy the experience again.

6/10I experienced stomach pain after the meal. The portions were very small, and the dishes weren’t served warm enough. The owner seems to prioritize certain tables, which is not a neutral behavior. While the place is beautiful and i appreciate the cuisine tour and history but for a 1 Michelin star it could be better!

10/10A delight from start to finish delivered with such a beautiful personal touch including a feeling of care transmitted through every member of staff. The food was exceptional of course, a real “ummmmm” moment during every bite. No wonder why they have achieved star status! Thank you team Speranzina!

6.5/10The food was fine, but the service was the worst we’ve ever received in a Michelin star restaurant. Courses arrived very late, water we ordered wasn’t delivered, the table wasn’t cleared and the staff were rude.

Great the idea of having the tour at the beginning, we loved to learn a bit about the history of the restaurant. Nice ambiance! Service was too slow we waited over 45 minutes between our appetizer and the primo piatto. We sit at 7.30pm we left at 11pm without finish the dessert since our time was over. (We ordered only 3 dishes!) The Morone (fish) was way too salty.. we eat only half of that

5.5/10Food just did not make the mark. Nothing stood out. We have been few Michelin star places and loved paying for the experience - especially as the food and service were worth it. We did not feel La Speranzina was worth it. The atmosphere was lovely and the setting and music was very romantic which I have reflected in the review. However, ultimately I would say is there is a lot of amazing food places nearby where the food was a lot more memorable and better value.

1)really distasteful to allow dog - neighbor table in the midst our dinner 2) Lamb meet served raw and too many flavors mixed in the dish made the dishes unplatable. 3) main fish- nice fish but too much side dishes even known by server 4) wine recommendation was very good.

10/10Impressed with this restaurant from the moment we entered and our gracious host gave us a wonderful tour of the kitchen and wine cellar. The views from our table overlooking beautiful Lake Garda were amazing. The food was sublime and service was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone interested in an extraordinary dining experience.

10/10we have discovered a great restaurant and highly recommend reading its dishes, which evoke. amazing taste impressions. The chef very subtly combines ingredients and reveals them to us in a new way. The wine list will satisfy any desire. The views of Lake Garda are unforgettable. Hospitality and Service at a high level. Special respect to the Owner for the idea and concept and hospitality!!! 👍

The memory of visiting the restaurant will stay with us forever! One of the best dinners we have ever had! The quality of the food deserves a Michelin star, which is awarded to the restaurant. The service is beyond praise. We loved the design and the New Year's atmosphere inside. We were welcomed as very important guests and were given a tour of the restaurant. We saw the kitchen, wine cellar and event rooms. The courtyard is also very beautiful! On New Year's Day, many restaurants were not open, but this restaurant was! It turned out they were open on purpose as we had pre-booked a table. Our family was alone in the restaurant. Everything was very tasty, the wine was excellent and so was the service. Our requests were honoured. It was a little awkward that so many people came out to work on a public holiday for our dinner! All of this made our family holiday dinner a great and unforgettable experience! A huge thank you and admiration to all the staff and owners of the restaurant!

10/10The entire experience was wonderful, starting with the tour of the kitchen and wine cellar, We had the 4 course tasting menu and it was exquisite. The presentation, the full explanation of each dish, and of course the flavors were all outstanding. It was a very memorable experience. The highlight of our stay in Sirmione.

This is a great place for lunch if the weather is cooperating. The views are great, the staff is wonderful, and the food is creative, well executed and priced accordingly. My only issue I have with management is the fact that they denied me a month tea at the end of our meal because they had closed their lunch service. Once you are seated, you have to continue service to your patron, or you let them know in advance you are closing the kitchen in case there are any extra inquiries. A Michelin starred restaurant doesn't do that to their clients.

10/10One of the finest and most refined meals we have ever had. My wife was thoroughly impressed and she is not easily impressed. The flavors were intricate, thoughtful, masterfully prepared and delicious. We would return to Sermione just to eat at La Speranzina again. A true culinary masterpiece.

Such kind and hospitable people running this beautiful restaurant, with postcard views of Lake Garda. Normally great views and great food don’t go together, but here, they do. This chef has mastered not only the fine craft of truly delicious cooking, but each plate and presentation is truly a work of art. The reactions to my Instagram photos was incredible! So be sure to add this to your “must do” list in Sirmione.
