Wines were the best. Food complete disappointment. Have dined here in May 2024 . Was very impressed with it then and reason for going back. However complete opposite this time. Food was mainly veg bit with no elevation of the flavours.

The celery course was exquisite. The black rock dessert quite special and beautiful. The french toast dessert not up to it although the dill gel should complement something else. Less is more.

One of the most memorable dining experiences in Paris! We took the 5-course menu as part of TheFork deal - my dining partners had a general one, mine was vegan, and both were spectacular. A lot of flavour distilled from fairly simple in-season ingredients, with variouse sauces, veloutes and garnishes finishing the experience that was also visually very pleasing. We were really surprised to be the only guests at Wednesday lunchtime, but benefited from the full attention of the staff. Only downside was a narrow selection of wines by the glass, but to be fair those few were great! Really impressed and we already agreed we will be back.

The host was welcoming and spoke English fluently. He explained the menu and was very helpful. All of the servers of our five-course lunch were friendly yet professional. The food was exquisite. The ambiance is fresh, modern and tasteful. All in all a very special restaurant!

The food was good but not spectacular. 5 course menu with wine pairing was 75eur + 45eur. We ordered one vegan menu and had to remind the staff all the time about it… I would expect at this level restaurant they would note it.

Everything was amazing. I knew the menu would be mostly vegetables and I was good with that but little did I know how flavorful each vegetable would be. I don’t even like carrots typically, but the preparation was amazing! Don’t miss this place!

So many beautiful courses and was definitely very full by the end. Each dish explained and was exquisite. I am elated with the service and food prepared. And all of the vegetarian options were supurb I highly recommend an evening here.

Very flavorful dishes. We had good portions of delicious vegetables s d some fish n meats that complemented each other well. Highly recommend to go try this cuisine. A lot of vegetables were done in ways that highlighted its flavor

Such a lovely experience from beginning to end. The service was impeccable & the food delicious. I had the 5 course lunch menu which I found to be a perfect amount of food, plus a glass of wine recommended to me by my server. Vegetarian was easily accommodated. I was also expecting it to be much more expensive than it was.

The evening started well and the food was amazing. However, as the night progressed and as the restaurant started to get packed, the wait staff couldn't keep up. From what we observed, at least three tables didn't get their accompanied wines with their meal on time. We were one of the table. The woman in charge of wine should be better organized and not get side-tracked to clear tables and plates. We left without Friandise, as it was taking way too long. Disappointing end to an otherwise great evening. More training is needed for the wait staff! Don't think I can recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly. Unfortunately.

The food was beautiful ,creative and delicious with surprising presentations . Also they happily adapted the entire menu for one of our party to a vegan menu ! Our waiter was excellent , helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable and lively but not noisy. The chef came out and presented some dishes too which we appreciated. It’s located right around the corner from the beautiful Pantheon too!
