A very disappointing experience, with very slow service, taking three and half hours for a "set menu meal". Served luke warm, partially raw, with tough sinewy meat, by very young bewildered dining room staff. Quoted at €90 per person, and securely by Visa card, we were charged €110 p.p., (a 22.% increase without notice). Chateau de Courcelles said the charge was imposed by Michelin, who we booked the accommodation through, and out of their control. We have sought a refund for the over charge from Michelin, but haven't received a reply. A beautiful property spoilt by a very poor dining room experience and indifferent response from Michelin and management staff at the property. We would not recommend to others unless reassurances can be provided that these fundamental issues have been addressed.

Great interior of old chateau, good service, nice cuisine, but be careful and check your bills, in my case they added a dish they offered but we didn’t order.

Food was spectacular! Ordered a sampler of 5 dishes, but were actually served 8! Each was over-the-top delicious, creative, and presented beautifully. Would definitely return for another special evening.

We had stayed at the hotel for a couple of days and dined a few years back and wanted to replicate the experience. This time food was not as amazing, service was ok. We found that it is overpriced. Wine pairing for €45 p/p only includes one glass of white and a glass of red wine. In my experience wine pairing is a different wine per course, that seems not to be the case here. We have learned something new today.

An elegant restaurant in a sublime setting with attentive service and beautiful food. On a Sunday night there weren’t more than six or seven tables, so it was very quiet.
