9.5/10located in lovely town of Olvera, a classic Andalusian "pueblo blanco" in a charming square. The menu offerings are indicative of the chef's commitment to quality and excellence. Service staff is extraordinarily helpful (Gabriel stands out) in describing menu choices, helping with selections and providing professional attention. Highly recommended.

9.5/10The food was fantastic...would thoroughly recommend the pork loin with red wine sauce and red fruits. My friends were also extremely happy with the food and service from the staff. Definitely a great place to eat in Olvera.

The food was enjoyable. We had a hake tempura, a melted cheese dish with eggplant, croquettes, a delightful salad, and meatballs. The service was extremely disappointing. I am puzzled because the restaurant earned a Michelin recommendation in 2023 and 2024. However, several of the staff appeared impatient, would leave attending to your order in the middle of placing an order, and disinterested to provide good service. We ordered in Spanish, yet there was still miscommunication. My hope is that this review will serve as a reminder to the staff (those who worked the Sunday lunch shift) that they are in the service business and have a duty to uphold.

9.5/10A wonderful place to eat in Olvera. Imaginative cuisine at an affordable price served in a relaxed environment. The pistachio ice cream eas especially good.

This chef has us discovering a tasting of local traditions revisited that was a wonderful découverte gastronomique. The plates surprise us with flavors and combinaisons not incounter before, making this a memorable diner.

8.5/10The restaurant is at a nice location "Plaza" we had a warm welcome by a very friendly lady. The menu is short but ok! We only missed a wine card. The chosen menu was very tastefully and the bread with oil aioli and tapenade was delicious. Wat could be done better is to bring the starters together, now there was a delay of 5 minutes. Price/Quality very good
