Last minute reservation as we were discovering the really nice village of Ceglie Messapica and really worth a stop. Service was amazing - fried bread and salsa as we were waiting and chocolate sweets and lemoncello to finish our dinner - and the pasta (both mare and terra) were incredible! Small menue but clearly a demonstration of quality. Would go back there to test other dishes we could not get! And all with smile, kind words in a lovely place (busy but not noisy). The Italian osteria at its best.

Three couples from the US celebrated a friend’s birthday here. The welcome was warm. The food and service were excellent. The meal proved to be memorable. Recommended!

Very nice antipasti and delicious grilled whole fish. Only blip was they did not have my Le Fork reservation in their book but they made space as soon as he saw it on line.

Great food and wonderful atmosphere. Take care when ordering the mixed starter as they charge 15 euros for each person on the table. Unfortunately my husband made the error of ordering this for himself and indicated he would share this. We got charged 90 euros for our table of 6 for this starter even though 5 of us don’t eat seafood and 3 of us are vegetarians. The restaurant did take 24 euros off but it was still 66 euros for a starter for one person - the rest of us did take some bread and tomato. He was so stuffed by the end of his meal so take care when ordering starters and don’t make the same mistake as my husband did. The restaurant does have a minimum of two starters for this so it would be 30 euros minimum.
