10/10Dining at La Taverne Alsacienne was a true pleasure from start to finish. The ambiance felt clean, open, and refreshing, with high ceilings and perfectly balanced lighting—a rare and much-appreciated feature in today’s restaurant scene. I could actually see the menu and my food clearly, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Our server was not just attentive, but more like a kind guide, gently leading us through a thoughtfully curated culinary journey. He couldn’t have been warmer or more welcoming, making us feel completely at ease. I chose the vegetarian menu, and every bite was a delight. The white asparagus in particular was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and elegantly presented. An absolutely wonderful recommendation, and a restaurant I would return to without hesitation.

+1The interior is very different from the exterior but equally lovely. Service was excellent, friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions, even though our french is non existent. Food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our only regret is we had no room for dessert, they give you a lovely mini treat with coffee that was delightful. We will be back on our next trip to Ingersheim

9/10Really good food and wine at extremely reasonable prices given the level of quality. Very friendly and observant staff. Only drawback: Dogs not only allowed, but one was actually sitting at a chair at the next table during the entire meal plus some of the waiters were padding it while serving other tables, including ours. Not hygienic and not helpful for the appetite ... Would never have happened in a restaurant in Denmark with ambitions of being somewhat classy.

10/10We were with a baby there, it was very comfortable. The services are excellent and very friendly. The food are nice especially the iberica prok and scallops. Totally recommended.

9.5/10Excellent experience from the food (the tomato and mozzarella salad doesn’t sound like much but it was one of the best things I’ve eaten in Alsace during my trip this week) to the service. Highly recommend.

10/10Absolutely wonderful lunch with great service. The sweetbreads were the highlight plate of an entire 10 day trip. This place is as good as I remembered from 10+ years ago. Wish we lived close enough to visit more often.

9/10I took one of the less expensive menus (30€), and as a fully-expected result the food, although good, showed little creativity or special attention. Exception: the delicious, super-fresh little salads that accompanied a slice of pâté and a civet de gibier. I ordered three wines by the glass; all were first-rate and, unusually and wonderfully, I was given a taste of each from the bottle before my glassful was poured. High marks for that. Service was brisk and prompt, even though the place was bustling. All in all a very satisfying experience.
