First of all, the staff—everyone was incredibly kind and professional. We truly felt that they cared about us. My mom has Celiac disease, so we asked about gluten-free options, and it was no problem at all. Even the menu del giorno was available gluten-free, which was a wonderful surprise. Now, the food: absolutely amazing. Good portions, high quality, and every dish was delicious. Everything was served together, so we didn’t have to wait. The prices are very reasonable, and the ambiance—both indoors and outdoors—is just perfect. Antohes big plus is the location: right in the city center, but on a quieter street, so you can enjoy your meal without crowds of tourists peering over your plate. A perfect spot in Rome. Thank you so much—we were very happy to have our Easter lunch at your restaurant.

Food was okay but their twist on the originals are not so good for someone looking for authentic food. And they miscalculated the bill and I am not sure whether it was a mistake. They fixed the bill when I pointed that out though

A Truly Amazing Experience! I recently visited this incredible place, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful setting that makes you feel right at home. Definitely the best dinner we had at rome, the food was amazing and tasty. the service was top notch and accommodative. I have zero complaints. we ordered the cold cuts and cheese platter and a side of mussles as a starter and it was incredible. my girlfriend ordered the tataki tuna and I ordered the pichna steak which was perfectly cooked. if you're looking for a romantic dinner at rome this should be a perfect choice.

The vibe and atmosphere of this ticked away restaurant was very cozy and warm. The meal was excellent (I had the pasta alla gricia), and the service was attentive. They were very accommodating to my toddler and our stroller.

La Tavernetta is on a quiet alley with a few more similar restaurants. Tabernetta, howver, was very busy and the others were not so much. the selections were very good and the wine list was compatible with the food. Service was very friendly and not condescending to foreign guests.

Food was 10/10. We had a variety of seafood, pasta, and beef. Everything as excellent. Location is quaint on a back street in Rome. We were able to sit outside. Our server was sweet. The owner seems very involved in the minute to minute execution of ensuring customers are taken care of. Service was slow, approximately 2ish hours or more for a couple of two. We didn’t mind and enjoyed our wine.
