Good was pretty good but service although hepful was slow. Slow. They were under staffes and had a busboy as helper that had no waiting experience and was almost throwing utensils and plates onto the table, not to mention putting his fingers over everything.

Well I have to say that my partner and I were favourably impressed first by the service kind professional and efficient. But in particular by the food. Outstanding starter risotto with scampi a taste just like Italy. Followed by meat on hot stone we cooked ourselves. Excellent swiss beef. Accompanied by a fantastic Malbec produced by the swiss restaurant owner in Argentina.

Food ok, but the lady want to talk only in German despite we say that we can only talk in english. Then we inform her that we book via the fork with 35 chf free, and at the time of the bill arrive with tbe bill without reduction and we need to remind to her. Not a good service to be onest. It s a pity, because the food was good

Very nice, quiet and cozy restaurant in center town Leukerbad. We had some lovely tasty dishes. The waitress was very smily and sympathic and the service time was perfect. The drinks are a bit expensive though with not so many choices... (balancing the offer we had with the fork). We will definitly come back if we come again. Charlotte and Christophe

Never again. Terrible service , staff wanted us to leave quickly the restaurant, slow service and they were drinking alcohol behind the desk. We didn’t eat the main course cause event the starter were tasteless and the service was bad. We felt very disgraced.

Amazing experience, we were looking for somewhere to have dinner and this restaurant came.up with 50% off, so we didn't think twice! The food was fantastic, we had the meat on silver lingot for two, it was so tender and the mushroom sauce was absolutely delicious. The soup of the day was also really good, and the fondant au chocolat were literally incredible, small but sooo good!! ❤️ We loved this place, the food and the service, we'll be sure to come back for dinner next time we are in Leukerbad!!

Very pleasant personell, tasty food but extremely cold inside. 18°C is our guess for the room temperature.

Typical obsolete Swiss mountain restaurant. Old rustic furniture, high prices. The service is correct, but I find it harder to justify going to restaurants which have done nothing for 50+ years to improve the experience for the clients.

I am extremly disapponted to have spent 130 CHF per person and the food was a diaster and they mixed up the orders several times. For a such a price you could expect way better!

We arrived early, so we received our main dish entrecôte very fast. The quality of the meat, the french fries and salad were very good. Unfortunately we had to wait more than 50 minutes for our dessert. The person in the kitchen was alone. I would have expected that they let us know in advance. When we got the bill they told us that the desserts (ordered on their carte) were not part of the fork offer. This should have been mentioned by the server, when we ordered the dessert. Positive that they offered the espresso for the long waiting time.

Truffle tagliatelle was completely tasteless. The beef was not as good as expected. We all ordered the big size steak (250gr - 45chf) and when we got it on the table realized it was way smaller (by looking at other tables). not worth it. Staff - not very professional Atmosphere - weird

Food was delicious. Nice surprise to have welcome drinks of our choice for free. Need to point out the excellent customer service - polite and fast. We enjoyed also the interior and outside terrace giving a great view of the surrounding mountains. Will definitely return when next time in Leukerbad. Recommend to others.

very good food, equally good wine, the waitress was impeccable in service. the place is very nice and it's quiet. it was a pleasant discovery thanks to the fork.
