10/10What a lovely place to eat. Each course was stunning. We are still talking about how delicious each dish was. It was a pleasure to chat with the chef at the end of our night. Best meal of our trip.

10/10Everything about my visit here was amazing! The staff were incredible, the food was incredible, the wine was incredible, and so was the ambiance. The chef and waiters worked with me to create a unique tasting menu as I had informed them of my tree nut allergies. Overall, I very highly recommend this restaurant if you don’t mind spending some extra money for a wonderful and special experience. I may spell their names wrong, but thank you to Martin and Roy for the great interactions and service.

The chef is skilled at making a beautiful surprise (tasting) menu inspired by truffles throughout. Our gluten free requirement seemed to be a simple task for the kitchen and they even had a beautiful gluten free bread to offer from a local GF bakery. The stand out dish is chef’s signature dish and all I can say is . . . Go get it now. Delicious. The only challenge was the temperature inside the building was very warm, and they were one waiter short staffed. So some of our dishes did not get the description they deserved (or needed). Absolutely wonderful meal inspite of that. The sommelier was fun and offered a taste of each wine before the first pour, to make sure we enjoyed the selections. Nice touch for a wine pairing.

10/10To celebrate our anniversaries (six of us), we dined at La Truffière in Paris. What we expected was elegance—what we received was an eight-course symphony of flavor, hospitality, and soul. From a delicate zucchini roll to house-made foie gras with truffle, each dish told a story. The oxtail? Velvet. Divine. Possibly tear-inducing. But the real magic? The team. Yannis Bouskri, our head waiter, was flawless—warm, witty, and five steps ahead of our every need. Martin Saucais, the sommelier, gracefully turned a booking hiccup into an upgrade: private cellar, perfect wine, Cognac and Armagnac pours, and even a tour. No pressure, no upsell—just wisdom and hospitality. And Chef Quentin Maisonnobe? A master of truffle restraint and culinary poetry. Humble and brilliant. Some meals feed your body. 10/10La Truffière in Paris offers an elegant and memorable dining experience. We especially enjoyed the perfectly cooked lamb—tender and flavorful—and the expertly paired wines from their extensive cellar. The highlight was the dessert: a delicately crafted dish featuring Tahitian vanilla ice cream, rich and aromatic, that ended the meal on a perfect note. A refined spot for anyone seeking exceptional French cuisine.

+1The food was incredibly delicious unique flavors and presentation. The tasting menu was the best decision. I enjoyed the sea bass absolutely best I’ve had. The servers were attentive and so friendly. Must go to! If you are a wine enthusiast this is your spot. The Bible of choices was arranged by region. Bottles from budget to extravagant.

10/10Our experience at La Truffière was nothing short of phenomenal! The food and service were equally outstanding and even though it's a bit more expensive than other restaurants, it's definitely worth it given the value for money that you get. 10/10 would recommend!

10/10The ambiance was nice, the service was outstanding, Martin and Roy went out of their way to please us. The wine recommendation was spot on. They have a 5 course menu with additional wine pairing at a reasonable price. We ordered a la Carte. Everything was excellent.

We were welcomed warmly by the extremely courteous and respectful pair of waiters who continued with good humour and skill in a full restaurant. Each dish was a revelation culminating with the gorgeous and highly prized friandises given to us at the end of the meal. I’m only disappointed that I didn’t discover this long established pearl of a restaurant on previous visits to Paris. It was a memorable last evening before returning to the UK and home to StoneHenge.

We are very well traveled and have dined at some extraordinary restaurants over the years. This restaurant ranked with the best. We actually had lunch there. The quality of the food was exceptional. The service was perfect. Staff was knowledgeable and very warm. The value at lunch was amazing. The We look forward to returning on our next trip to Paris.

10/10An incredible meal focused around black truffle. The sommelier was excellent suggesting some very good wine. We did not do the full wine pairing but preferred to order a couple of different glasses. The chef was gracious and attentive as he came out to see us following our service and we discussed the courses he had created for us. Highly recommended! Thank you Chef Quentin and staff!

I made a reservation for 2, months in advance hoping to re live the experience we had there yrs ago. We were placed big in the main restaurant but what felt like the ‘over flow’ room. I appreciate that true French cuisine often means quality not quantity but the portion sizes were ridiculously small. Wine servings were less than 5 oz. Did everything taste great? I think so but not enough for the flavours to linger in our mouths. Service was not responsive When back in Paris, we’ll go elsewhere.

+2It was my last day in Paris so I wanted to treat a friend to a very special lunch. I enjoyed this restaurant once before while visiting Paris. Once again, I had fabulous experience with every course, the attentive staff and the very talented chef. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

10/10This ended up being the highlight of our week long trip to Paris. The staff was so accommodating, did their best to speak English mixed with our little attempts to communicate back in French. The creative nature of the food was impeccable. We had expected a different menu based on the information that was available online at the time of reservation, but they had created a new menu and it exceeded our expectations.

9.5/10We love the restaurant. The food is always amazing. The service too. Unfortunately it was empty except for one other table. So the ambiance was not as good as we remember. Also we were not offered a cheese course as before. We will still go back though when we are next in Paris though.

Don't forget the fact that this place is a Michelin Guide restaurant. It had easily exceeded my expectation. Of course, the food was excellent, but the service was over the top. The server was going through every detail and recommending perfect wine for the meal. Very knowledgable and respectful. I hope that people can have the great experience that I had when they visit.
