Here is a detailed breakdown of our visit: We ordered a selection of dishes, including pizza, sea bass, and salad as main courses, and anchovies, salad, and pâté as starters. The quality of the food was acceptable but far from extraordinary. The restaurant's interior is pleasant but somewhat cramped. The limited space between tables could become uncomfortable during busy hours, making the overall atmosphere feel crowded and potentially overwhelming for diners seeking a more relaxed experience. The service was satisfactory—neither remarkable nor disappointing. Staff were polite and efficient in attending to our needs, but there was no standout effort to elevate the dining experience. Restaurant Vela operates solely on an à la carte basis and does not offer a daily menu. While the menu provides varied options, the dishes fail to justify the price range of €30–€40 per person.

We have been dining at this restaurant for 21 years, and we still love going there. The food is delicious and the ambience is delightful. We will continue to frequent the restaurant whenever we are in El Campello.

We ordered two fish plates, and both were very good, the fish and sauce taste very good. But it was very little garniture, 3 small bites of potatoes and very litle other vegetables.

We came on the recommendation of friends. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy. We tried a few dishes, some were to our taste. We had to wait more than half an hour for the order, but we are satisfied with the delivery.

A lovely, cosy family run restaurant with views of the sea. Great food and excellent customer service from the gorgeous, young lady. She is super-helpful and all questions, even if English was not so easy for her, were greeted with a smile and helpful advice. Entrecôte with shallots was delicious., as was the grilled duck. Wine was excellent.

An absolutely friendly service. The waitress was very helpful. I am a vegetarian and she checked my choice carefully:) The pizza was incredibly tasty, not too thick, at least one of their red wines is a local produce ( the Monastrel). Goes well with the pizza. We already made another reservation for this weekend!

A very surprising restaurant. Quality of the food was excellent, also the female waitress was very helpfull. Perfect. The suggestions on the menu were superb! We’ll be coming back!

Well run with a good choice menu. Food is well cooked and good quality. Specials ravioli is a particular favourite.

Wonderful service and delicious food. We had house salad and pizza - salad is delicious with house dressing and the pizza is always delicious. We will go back for sure !
