I was there for a second time and the food and service were again excellent for the money you pay! The lobster was well cooked with a tomato sauce and linguine as side! Definitely a must eat in this restaurant!

Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food OK although I would have liked the food choices to rrwlly reglect Italian cuisine, so food wad not spectacular and I found a hair on my lemon! Dogs were allowed in restaurant but I didn't like seeing a small dog on a table! Surely not hygienic! Restaurant had nice decor inside.with large windows and chandeliers.

We visited La Veranda 3 times during our day in Florence, as we were in a hotel 10 minutes walk away this was a great find for us. Food was excellent with great Gluten Free options in Pasta, Pizza and dessert. Perfect setting beautiful indide with an outside seating option. The staff were all lovely and always served very quickly. Each night we went for th 500ml carafe of red wine at €6.50 and was lovely. I would absolutely recommend this Tuscan restaurant. My husband loved the wild boar pasta dish, mussels in pepper were also stunning as were all of the dishes we had, very reasonable prices for great homecooked food. 2 of the nights were very busy we booked and this was out of season, the owner does a great job of speaking with all the customers which is great in itself.

We are staying at a nearby hotel which is a taxi ride into Florence, so finding this restaurant close by and walking distance was ideal. Staff were friendly and attentive, food and drinks were great and very reasonably priced. Would definitely return.

Such a nice place! For dinner we had combination of all dishes. For the starter salami, prosciutto, local breads, then various pastas and fiorentina with salad. Everything was very well prepared! We were very pleased with the dinner. Had a nice local white wine. Dessert was excellent, also :) The waiter was a young guy, very relaxed, pleasant, helpful. We reserved the place in advance (TheFork), it all worked nice. Prices reasonable. A lot of parking in front. Children's playground by the terrace... All in all - very good, and would come again.

Great food and service. We booked with two reservation with a total of 9 guest. Despite the fact the discount was not included for this number of guests the restaurant owner apply the discount anyway. Very kind gesture. Appreciate it. Thank you.

Nice space in a kind of atrium which is well heated. A few large tables of Italians enjoying Saturday night was great and I think all clients were local. Good menu with a wide choice (including some seafood) and all cooked to a highly standard. Home made napoletane pizzas with a slow rise dough was really good as was the cinghiale stew. Great to get away from the tourist crowds!
