This establishment is a textbook example of a sophisticated tourist trap. While I must concede that the gnocchi and ravioli were excellent, the culinary experience was utterly overshadowed by a two-tier service model. Forcing three guests to wait 45 minutes for simple dishes—while witnessing locals being served promptly—is a disgrace. The fourth member of our party waited over an hour for pasta, arriving well after the rest had finished, triggering a level of frustration only exacerbated by hypoglycemia. The true insult, however, was the post-escalation behavior: the staff suddenly suffered a 'linguistic amnesia,' refusing to speak anything but Italian. It is clear they operate with a discriminatory pricing and service structure. If you are not a local, you are treated as a second-class citizen. Unless you speak the language and carry a local ID, avoid this place at all costs. And no - Fork’s “discount” is not applied. You pay premium in full. Even for the dish you do not eat.
