10/10I can go on and on about this place, describing the fantastic setting in the Courtyard to the impeccable service (Chef visited our table twice) and then there is the food. The fireworks of flavours in every dish is a pure joy. I could go into a lot of detail but the written word could not do it justice. I look forward to our annual pilgrimage to Villa La Arrange and if you are a food lover, I suggest you do the same

4/10Food: quite basic, lacks creativity. Service: incredibly poor. Unable to communicate in English properly, water not refilled throughout the meal, tried to overcharge in the bill (wine pairing charged instead of alcohol free). Generally, very poor value for money

As one would expect from such a place, the food was excellent, accompanied by a well-matched wine card. Two Michelin stars are well deserved, there is no doubt about it. A slight improvement in the service may only add another high mark.

Had a lovely evening. The service was outstanding and the ambiance pleasant, though not especially remarkable. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the effort to adapt the 9-course tasting menu, but I felt the variation I received didn’t quite meet the expectations of a two-star experience. Still, the food was executed with skill, and I’m confident the original menu delivers the full impact of the chef’s vision.

8.5/10The oyster-caviar-cucumber combo was absolutely fantastic . Outstanding desserts. Other dishes were good but not expressly remarkable. I felt the search for perfection. Well trained staff but mechanic. My wife is very rigorous she said she though it should be a three-star Restaurant on the dark side of the moon in the movie Iron Sky. However I do not share her view. Well deserved two starts

10/10a remarkable meal. A lot of menus these days are about experiences but this was about flavours and excellent ingredients. Dishes weren’t overcomplicated but the flavours had a level of complexity that left you very satisfied. Truly a triumph!

The ambiente was a dream. The Food was to die for. And the service was perfect! What a great find!!! The view is the best in the entire region. The two chef’s visit to our table was the cherry on top of this unforgettable experience. We’ll go back as soon as possible. Merci beaucouo.

9.5/10Outstanding experience. The food was simply fascinating, delicious, and really tested our taste buds. The fact that owner/chef Bruno stopped by the table and said hi, and then again when we departed, was top class. The servers were perfect, and it was a world class experience. If I had to balance the review, I would comment that the dining room was extremely quiet (no music) and the tables were a touch close together, but this is not a criticism just a personal opinion. In summary, this restaurant is definitely worth a detour.

10/10Hands down the best restaurant meal I have ever eaten. Mind you, I rarely get the opportunity to dine in a Michelin starred restaurant and have only been to half a dozen. Everything about the experience was superb. Minor quibble- the steep walk uphill and down on the driveway from the restaurant was difficult for my wife, who had on leather sole flats which slipped. She would have fallen if I had not been holding her hand. Upon arrival at the Villa, from the moment we were greeted by the Maitre d’Hotel we were comfortably. There were only 11 tables on the terrace, well spaced and a wait staff of 5. They were very attentive but not intrusive. The patron stopped at our table to welcome us and then before being offered a menu, we received complimentary hors d’oeuvres which set the tone for the rest of the evening. The presentation, texture and flavors of this painstakingly prepared small morsels were superb. We chose the 9 course “surprise” menu, each course perfectly prepared and plated and with bursting flavors. The only food disappointments were the voilaille (chicken) course which seemed undercooked. Definitely not in the same league as the other 8 courses. Our favorites were the langoustine and bar (Mediterranean sea bass) courses. All of the courses were imaginative with delicate flavors and textures. We cannot comment on wine pairings since we don’t drink. The end to a perfect evening- mint tea and a gift box from le patron. This is the type of meal I can only dream about all year until we return to the Côte d’Azur. One you have appreciated a meal such as this, everything else pales in comparison. Thank you M. Oger

My wife and I were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and chose Villa Archange for our celebration venue. Everything about this place was amazing the location, the decor, the stunning art (by Chef Oger's wife), the staff, and of course, the food and wine! We opted for the 5-course colinary discovery journey with wine pairing, and the sequence of flavors and beautiful presentations that followed was nothing short of amazing. Some of the dishes took us out of our comfort zone, but we were happy to explore and they did not disappoint. The abalone the seabass were our top two courses! We also got to meet Chef Bruno Oger, and what a charming, humble and welcoming person he is. We highly recommend this experience!

10/10Impeccably curated and creative menu. Personal and gracious service with frequent visits from the chef. Unbeatable, intimate atmosphere. Our wine flight included 5 very large pours of fantastic vintages, including a glass of Opus One with the meat course. Cannot recommend more highly!

10/10We really enjoyed the most superb turbot with celery, celery oil and walnuts. Absolutely world class. Eating outside was a joy, service was appropriately attentive but not intrusive. We will be back for more!

10/10The place is really nice, small and quiet. Food and deserts are great. We recommend to try short/3 courses menu including deserts and vines. We had lunch, but I think diner is also nice.

9/10Great food. The langoustine / oyster with caviar / lamb / lobster / raspberry dessert were amazing. Champagne by the glass not the best. Great wine selection. Obviously not cheap but 2 michelin stars. If you can afford you should go!
