Everything was just perfect. I had the best ever seasonal mosselen I've ever had in Belgium. Service was exemplary and so friendly with attention to detail.

For Romantic, family, friends or business. High quality ingredients & gastronomic preparation of food. Good size portions. Service : sympathique & efficient. Good supervision. Situation along the canal is nice even if there is a road in between.

Save your money and time. Sometiimes i am really wondering how poorly general people eat to like and positively review certain restaurants. This is a great example. Rated 4+ you expect someting nice (low expectation) but we are presented with a very expensive menu that offers no explanations, we waited over 1.5 hours to have our main dish served and all crashes when you see it is poorly prepared, with ingredients of very poor quality! It was one of the worst experience i have ever had for a bill of 120 euros. Never again

Great quality of food in a good concept setting. Good and capable service. A must do in Mechelen. Prices are on the high end however equal to the quality.

Very good and friendly service, however food was of poor quality. Also the waiting for first plate and second plate was too long. The pasta with the seafruits was not good. The entry plate was with mussels, the main dish again with mussels. It is quiet monotonous, especially when the mussels are overdone.

We booked a table one week before for my birthday according to rating on Tripadvisor. We came at time and waited 15 min till somebody brought the menu. The entree we got in 1 (one) hour en 30 minutes. Buy the way it was ousters and it was very goed. The main dish we got again in one hour and half. And it was awful. I ordered bouillabaisse royal and my husband turbot. As a bouillabaisse I've got 5 pieces of boiled fish (white) and one shrimp. The liquid they brought separately and it was just brown liquid suspension of unknown origin which they add to the fish. I told that I ordered bouillabaisse Royal which should consist a half of lobster. They brought it separately. It was just boiled rubber lobster. I know how bouillabaisse should look like. It was everything but not that one. The turbot was just boiled fish without any taste. So just for 136 euro and 3(three) hours waiting time I've got the worst dinner ever.

The restaurant was a bit far away from the town centre so we had to get a (very expensive) taxi. Sadly there were no moules on the menu but the lobster bisque and the pudding were lovely. The main courses were ok. Lovely atmosphere. There was no English menu so the waiter painstakingly translated the whole menu for us, which made our meal a very enjoyable occasion.

A simple place with a refined kitchen. Really liked the way the Osso Bucco was done. People are gentle and easy going. All in all a pleasant experience.
