5.5/10Food was mediocre. Service was non-existent. Asked for a glass of wine. Never got it. Everything just took forever. Great location and cool ambiance if you sit outside.

9.5/10Went the night before the Lisbon marathon, booked in advance. Wasn’t disappointed. Food was superb, great service and nice atmosphere. So good we went back the next day for the pizza. Service wasn’t quite as good but everything else was amazing.

2/10We had a reservation, but since we still didn't get a table after 30 minutes, we left. The service manager didn't even make an effort to understand us and what to do. Reservations can be made online, although they don't have a free table.

10/10The food was great and the service was wonderful. We came with a 6 year old child and found something for her to eat, with the help of the lovely waitress. The location is wonderful too. Very recommended!

10/10Need to have a quick bit up eat. Told service this and they did the upmost to help meet our short timeframe. Friendly service, great pizzas. Would recommend.

8.5/10Excellent food. We went twice - for dinner and lunch. The service over dinner was not as good because they were short staffed - they were apologetic and we could see they were rushed off their feet. However this did not spoil a really good evening with great food.

10/10We happened to walk by the outdoor seating area at La Vita e Bella and thought that it was the type of atmosphere that we would enjoy for dining. We made a dinner reservation for that night and were extremely pleased with the service and had what we considered to be the best Italian dinner we’ve had in all of our travels.

9.5/10We enjoyed the food and ambience here so much that we came back a second time to make sure that our last meal in Lisbon was special. We loved the Filet with Gorgonzola and pear sauce and recommend the tiramisu for dessert.

8.5/10We had lunch there and the food was good. the restaurant gives you the impression that you are in Italy, which is very nice for the good life. we were hoping to see Roberto Benigni but unfortunately he had other things to do. It was nice to stay there. Indoors and for those who whant more action also outdoors

5.5/10We were served lasagna with very little meet. The tagliata came with vegetable so when ordering I specifically asked and was told not veg but it is salad so I ordered this dish but it came covered in vegetables all of them I did not like or want..when we told the waitress we were given two complimentary drinks as a way of apologies but we noticed everyone got one..so we're we fobbed of or did everyone have a bad meal

5/10A beautifully designed restaurant, giving the feeling of a quality restaurant. Nice staff who try very hard but are really unprofessional. The pizza dough is not airy as requested in a real Italian pizza. We received two huge pieces of uncooked ravioli. A cake dessert is simply not tasty. Food just doesn't taste good. Low level of food. The staff tried to make you feel better, but when the food doesn't taste good... it's very difficult.

9.5/10Me and my fiancé had a great time here. The food was really good, and the service was second to none. The restaurant its self was so cozy and felt very welcoming. It was such a great experience we ended up eating here twice over our trip. 10/10

10/10We had a wonderful dining experience at La Vita e Bella. The ambience was cozy and inviting. The food was authentic and delicious and the service top-notch. Everyone was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Make reservation in advance.

8/10The restaurant had an amazing ambience inside, very pretty aesthetic! The service was very attentive and polite. We had pizzas for our mains and although they were nice, we’ve had better pizzas elsewhere in Lisbon. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for decent food and a lovely atmosphere.

8/10The ambience was nice, the food was really good but the service was beyond slow. Two tables next to us were also upset with how long it took to get the bill and to get their food. If service improves this restaurant would be much better.

10/10We had one of the best meals of our weeklong stay in Lisbon here at La Vita. Every meal was superb. There was a problem with our reservation via The Fork. They did not contact the restaurant until right before we arrived so the restaurant was full yet they accommodated us beautifully. They brought chairs to the bar and provided us with a glass of champagne while we waited. The staff was gracious and kind. My sister and I shared the pasta served out of the big cheese wheel with tomatoes and mushrooms. It was devine. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

6.5/10Food was very good but the service was very lacklustre. Slow to order, slow to get top ups etc, had to chase several times for drinks, sides, and the hill. Was very surprised to be charged 10 Euros for water after we asked for tap water. When we challenged this, we were told “we don’t serve tap water only bottled.”. That would have been fine but you need to say that at the point of ordering. Food was generally excellent and well prepared.

10/10This place was so good that we returned the next night (and we only had 2 nights in Lisbon). The service was perfect both nights. The lasagna was amazing and the atmosphere was delightful. Highly recomment it but be sure to make reservations because the inside seating is limited.
