5.5/10After two weeks in Portugal, this was the worst service we had. Took almost 40 minutes to be acknowledged by any service staff after we were seated; we were getting up to leave when they finally came. Another 40 minutes to get the first food items, then they forgot the wine order and the water. Food, when we got it, was very good. Their outside seating was downwind of the other restaurants, so you got a large helping of secondhand smoke to go with your dinner. We skipped dessert, because we were afraid it would be another 40 minutes. Everyone was going into the front desk to pay, because there were no servers around to wave over for your check.

7/10From a relative's recommendation we made a reservation to have the pasta done in the cheese wheel. It was a beautiful night so we enjoyed the patio. We so wanted to.see.thw process with the pasta but the server didn't mention it's not done outside. Drinks,food appetizer all came out together and so fast. No time to enjoy wine.and bruschetta. Lovely restaurant but would have appreciated a slower pace.

5/10The pear & gorgonzola salad was very good. Ossobuco was average. Spaghetti Carbonara was not very good at all. The service was poor and on top of that, we asked a waitress to charge us in euros and she nodded in agreement but charges us in dollars anyway.

10/10We've eaten here before, and what drew us back was the great Italian food menu. The menu is not overly extensive for an Italian restaurant, but what's offered is unique and very tasty. Our server, Alissa, was very helpful and friendly. All in all, a great dining experience.

10/10Fantastic restaurant. Carbonara was amazing , cheesy garlic bread best I’ve ever had. White wine to top it off. Our waitress was so lovely. Went back twice was super impressed.

2/10Although we had made a reservation and arrived on time, like many other guests, we stayed at the entrance of the restaurant all together to wait. After 45 minutes and after now realizing that there was no chance of eating we left, as did many others who had done so earlier. A dramatic experience. I recommend everyone to never visit it. Shame I have to pick the one star, it deserves the no star. The restaurants that have one star are definitely better. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

6/10We could not get into restaurant as over booked, we could have waited half hour or so but chose to move on. It was New Year’s Eve so we booked 2 days in advance but they got it wrong. Would go back though as food looked good.

2/10We ordered a table via the Fork. We arrived well in time but after 45 minutes our table was not ready so we left. They overbooked the place and we where not the only one that did not get a table. Felt sorry for the lady at the desk - she had no control over the bookings and I am sure the customers already at the place got a terrible experiance

9.5/10Went the night before the Lisbon marathon, booked in advance. Wasn’t disappointed. Food was superb, great service and nice atmosphere. So good we went back the next day for the pizza. Service wasn’t quite as good but everything else was amazing.

2/10We had a reservation, but since we still didn't get a table after 30 minutes, we left. The service manager didn't even make an effort to understand us and what to do. Reservations can be made online, although they don't have a free table.

8.5/10Excellent food. We went twice - for dinner and lunch. The service over dinner was not as good because they were short staffed - they were apologetic and we could see they were rushed off their feet. However this did not spoil a really good evening with great food.

We happened to walk by the outdoor seating area at La Vita e Bella and thought that it was the type of atmosphere that we would enjoy for dining. We made a dinner reservation for that night and were extremely pleased with the service and had what we considered to be the best Italian dinner we’ve had in all of our travels.

9.5/10We enjoyed the food and ambience here so much that we came back a second time to make sure that our last meal in Lisbon was special. We loved the Filet with Gorgonzola and pear sauce and recommend the tiramisu for dessert.

8.5/10We had lunch there and the food was good. the restaurant gives you the impression that you are in Italy, which is very nice for the good life. we were hoping to see Roberto Benigni but unfortunately he had other things to do. It was nice to stay there. Indoors and for those who whant more action also outdoors
