8.5/10This has absolutely nothing to do with Laduree itself, which was perfectly charming and served delicious food. It had to do with the two extremely loud British women who spent most of their meal audibly insulting the African woman who was serving them. I use the term African because they repeatedly announced -- loudly -- she should go back to Africa and stop taking French people's jobs. It was sickening. Finally, someone in the small dining room told them to shut their racist mouths, and they literally got up and left. Being American, I'm no stranger to being surrounded by racist people. But damn ... this was the most openly racist experience I've ever experienced. It really soured the experience for everyone in the room (as nearly all of us were native English speakers). I wish the restaurant had thrown them out, but I can only imaging the Karen-esque scene that would have ensued. Sigh.

7/10The waiter asked my friend, who is American, if he wanted to add a tip onto his credit card when he paid. I have never experienced this in Paris. It is only because he is American that he did that.

6.5/10The salads were good. The finger sandwiches a bit disappointing. However, the Pistachio Mousse and the Vanille Flan were probably the best we've ever tasted.

10/10The service was excellent. We ordered the Laudureé omelette and it was perfection, the croissant is one of the best I've tasted. The restaurant is cozy and beautifully decorated with a very attentive staff.

6/10The food is delicious but one of the male staff with moustache is very rude. There are only 2 of us for dinning, we ordered 2 deserts and 4 macros (minimum is to order 4 pieces). We couldn’t finish the macros and requested the staff to allow us to take away instead of wasting the food. The staff was just very unwilling to assist and reacted like scolding us in France language (he was just discriminating against Asian). Hope the management will look into this seriously to improve the customer service

6/10We went with kids because they love macaroon and really want to know the popular place. It was visible that they didn't want kids in the restaurant and the waiters were not kind with us. They took a lot of time to come to our table to check what we would like to eat. Food is good and macaroons as well.

8.5/10We tried breakfast there. The service is very good and the food is quite yummy too. But the decoration of the restaurant is a very old indeed. Very pricey and it seems to us that not worth to go again :P Just try once is ok !

6/10We weren’t impressed and would skip the next time we’re in Paris. The food was out in old baskets, not freshly made. We also felt the restaurant manager staring at us and they kept coming up seeing if we wanted to have our table cleared despite still eating and only being there 30 minutes. Very clear they wanted to turn over tables quickly. Food quality wasn’t as good as our last visit in 2019.

8/10I made a reservation online a month prior. We were seated on the second level. There was maybe two other couples in the room. I asked if we could sit by the window because that whole side of the room was free. The hostess said no it was reserved. I said that I made a reservation too. She ignored me and sat us in the middle side table. Two minutes later she sat another couple right next to us. It was extremely awkward because that whole side was free so why didn’t they spread us out more? Our entire meal was next to this loud other couple. When we were leaving they sat a different couple next to the window. It had been open the entire time prior. It was very strange. Also there was no music to add to the ambiance which made it even worse. We won’t be back.

2.5/10Very underwhelming, food was dry and not enjoyable, the host was moody but our waiter was lovely ablnd made more effort. Decor is tired and just felt cold and boring. Many other places for tea and cakes with a nice atmosphere and better food. Macaroons was ok but expected better

9/10The food is always good, but the place is better. Lovely experience, would return over and over again. There were items on the menu that I have yet to try. Would not order again the salmon rice fritters, rice wasnt done properly and was too chewy.

10/10Parfait, always a pleasure to visit LaDuree, everytime we are in Paris we have to go here. Food is great, staff is helpfull and very friendly. great location, only negative is the view outside, looking at a gift shop

2.5/10My sister and I love tea, so I figured teatime at Laduree would be a cute afternoon snack, but wow was I wrong. This was one of the most disappointing, and quite frankly pathetic tea experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, the unpleasant hostess took us to a table, which we assumed was where we would be waiting until our table was ready. Nope! Despite having a reservation, we were given what was definitely the worst seat in the entire restaurant (by the stairs, literally in the entryway). People were coming in after us - without reservations - and received far better seats in the main dining rooms, it was ridiculous. Sadly, things only got worse. It took about 20 minutes before we even received menus, and upon attempting to order, we were informed that only one of the finger sandwich options was even available - despite booking a 3pm teatime reservation (tea starts at 3, yet all the tea sandwiches were gone by 3:15?!). At €39 per person for tea service, it was the most laughably pathetic assortment we’ve ever seen. 1 pastry, 3 macaron, 2 sad and gross little finger sandwiches, a little box of 2 macaron to take home, and a tea. The servers were friendly, but service was abysmally slow, and apathetic. If you’ve ever had tea in London, I’d avoid Laduree at all costs - it will bring you nothing but disappointment. I’m in Paris every few months, and will never be returning to this location for tea, or anything else.

7/10This restaurant has great food, but the staff are horrible--extremely rude, and almost as if they're doing you a favour being there! The front desk staff was particularly rude, having made a mistake in the booking herself, but then tried to blame me for the mix up in timing. Very surprised at the service being so poor--all of the staff need re-training in providing good service!
