It was easy to make a reservation. Just do it days before. The food was really good and delicious. The waiters were nice and and Laduree Royale is really pretty. We had a late breakfast and luckily the restaurant still had croissants (it was lunch time)

Ladurée is an exceptional experience. This location is 2 levels and has the most Parisian esthetic to it. The food was amazing, the presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend this location as apart of your visit. I had breakfast here 2 times during my stay, it was delish! Of course, the macaroons were my favorite part.

5/10Location elegant, neat and iconic. All beautifully restored. Terrible experience in terms of food quality and service. Barely average omelette, endless wait for the rest of the courses. Eggs Benedict were cold and not properly cooked, sent back. They came a second time and quality was poor again. Good service by the staff who tried to compensate the experience with extra champagne and desserts. Such place should deserve a much better chef.

We had an incredible time at Laduree Royal. Service was attentive. The food was exceptional; had a delicious club sandwich, beautiful tea and the incredible macarons. Beautiful decor and ambience. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in Paris

7/10The refreshed interiors are beautiful however the new lunch menu is terrible. This location is no longer beautiful lunch spot…ok for tea & sweets but quite frankly there are other stunning sweets spots in Paris we prefer.

10/10What made our visit memorable ? So many things! We were seated upstairs in the recently renovated level. It's quite the setting for a tea party! There was also the kindness and great service from the staff. Let's not forget the food that we heard so much about and were finally able to try! Thank you Ladurée Royale for the welcome and memory!

8.5/10This has absolutely nothing to do with Laduree itself, which was perfectly charming and served delicious food. It had to do with the two extremely loud British women who spent most of their meal audibly insulting the African woman who was serving them. I use the term African because they repeatedly announced -- loudly -- she should go back to Africa and stop taking French people's jobs. It was sickening. Finally, someone in the small dining room told them to shut their racist mouths, and they literally got up and left. Being American, I'm no stranger to being surrounded by racist people. But damn ... this was the most openly racist experience I've ever experienced. It really soured the experience for everyone in the room (as nearly all of us were native English speakers). I wish the restaurant had thrown them out, but I can only imaging the Karen-esque scene that would have ensued. Sigh.

7/10The waiter asked my friend, who is American, if he wanted to add a tip onto his credit card when he paid. I have never experienced this in Paris. It is only because he is American that he did that.

The salads were good. The finger sandwiches a bit disappointing. However, the Pistachio Mousse and the Vanille Flan were probably the best we've ever tasted.

The service was excellent. We ordered the Laudureé omelette and it was perfection, the croissant is one of the best I've tasted. The restaurant is cozy and beautifully decorated with a very attentive staff.

The food is delicious but one of the male staff with moustache is very rude. There are only 2 of us for dinning, we ordered 2 deserts and 4 macros (minimum is to order 4 pieces). We couldn’t finish the macros and requested the staff to allow us to take away instead of wasting the food. The staff was just very unwilling to assist and reacted like scolding us in France language (he was just discriminating against Asian). Hope the management will look into this seriously to improve the customer service

6/10We went with kids because they love macaroon and really want to know the popular place. It was visible that they didn't want kids in the restaurant and the waiters were not kind with us. They took a lot of time to come to our table to check what we would like to eat. Food is good and macaroons as well.

8.5/10We tried breakfast there. The service is very good and the food is quite yummy too. But the decoration of the restaurant is a very old indeed. Very pricey and it seems to us that not worth to go again :P Just try once is ok !
