you just have to be here in paris, dont know if it is authentic or just full branding, but the place; I just love it everytime. Take the hot chocolate. It is worth it.

The new design is not up to laduree’s standers. The divided spaces is not a comfortable way to navigate the place. Having to climb stairs just to sit in tight area without any level of privacy is not a comfortable experience. Add to that lack of view of the outside. Maybe you have to rethink the design and think guests comfort and ability to see the outside of the place as part of the dining experience.

Always a great visit to the original Lauduree! The food is always great and so is the service. My daughter celebrated her birthday early and they waitress was so nice to bring a candle on a macaroon and sing for her.

The manager went out into pouring rain to hail us a cab. He gave us an umbrella and sent us on our way with a grateful heart. The food and ambience were wonderful too!

The restaurant was dirty. Crumbs in the seat. The rug was filthy. No one cleaned our table between courses The food was only ok. The mashed potatoes were delicious.

No ambience to speak of n therefore won’t make it all the way there. Coffee was good. Eggs benedict disappointingly cold and tasteless. Service ok. Upstairs was drab & dark. Cake area was better but even then not what I’ve expected of Paris Laduree.

The restaurant and store are very nicely decorated and it is very much an experience. That said, the service was decent but still lacked the elevated style for the price paid. Additionally, the food was OK, but not on the same par as the cost of the meal. There are better, more reasonable options out there.

It was easy to make a reservation. Just do it days before. The food was really good and delicious. The waiters were nice and and Laduree Royale is really pretty. We had a late breakfast and luckily the restaurant still had croissants (it was lunch time)

Ladurée is an exceptional experience. This location is 2 levels and has the most Parisian esthetic to it. The food was amazing, the presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend this location as apart of your visit. I had breakfast here 2 times during my stay, it was delish! Of course, the macaroons were my favorite part.

Location elegant, neat and iconic. All beautifully restored. Terrible experience in terms of food quality and service. Barely average omelette, endless wait for the rest of the courses. Eggs Benedict were cold and not properly cooked, sent back. They came a second time and quality was poor again. Good service by the staff who tried to compensate the experience with extra champagne and desserts. Such place should deserve a much better chef.
