2/10staff were so miserable, did not make us feel welcome, there was a very strange atmosphere. Steak was of good quality but one of two not cooked right and when we sent it back it was overcooked. Nobody asked if the food was ok or if we needed more drinks

6/10It is hard due to the language barrier but we think we were told that to have the table bbq, we needed to order a KG of meat. As there were only 2 of us, we would not eat that much we ordered steak o e medium and the other medium. Well, they both looked the same and too rare for my parter, 6 tiny slices of steak each and a small bowl of potatoes. Really not worth the price.

9.5/10Meal was great but only due to the staff as when we arrived there was no record of our booking which was done through The Fork! Very luckily the guys managed to find us a table as it was a 9.30 booking and very busy by then.

9/10Nice place with a great wine menu and attentive service. Pretty busy and packed with tourists due to the excellent reviews. Unfortunately as a steak restaurant, only premium cuts of 1 kg or otherwise 4-5 regular cuts which have roughly 300 gr can be ordered. No individual choice of other sizes are possible. That’s a pity for a real steak lover.

9.5/10Very friendly, nothing any trouble. Expect everything rare, they don't give you the option which is fine with me. If you want anything different go for the on table BBQ and cook it yourself. Though the lamb chops were under done for a British palette, not crispy or caramelised. Wine surprisingly good for a 'steak house'. Outside is not very salubrious, neighbouring walls covered in spray painted comments rude enough not to need any translation. But still wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would revisit anytime, but would avoid the lamb chops. We booked on a Wednesday night 7.30 (opening time) and by 8.00 they were turning away walking-ins, so he prepared.

6/10Terrible abrupt and rude greeting when we arrived 5 minutes early. Ordered starters to share. Patata Bravas asked for three times. Produced 20 mins after rest of the tapas were finished. Bland sauce with very thinly sliced and cold potato. Could not eat with anything other than fingers as they were like Spanish chips. Six diners, four different nationals all agreed really average tourist type restaurant. All Spanish residents for over 20 years. Only two portions of french fries for six people. Two of the diners were restaurant owners so we do not give bad reviews lightly.

8/10We did like the concept that we could do the meat on the table up to our liking, so this was a big plus, however it seems there wasn't enough people to do the service, as several times we had to wait for an extended periods of time to be able to order another part of the dinner or any extras. Also the quality of meat piece we received was OK, but not like superb, which one could expect from a restaurant with shuch high ranks on Tripadvisor.

10/10Extraordinary experience, the food and service were outstanding. We started with their Gourmet Salad; it so fresh and flavorful that I highly recommend it. It has walnuts, raisins goat cheese, cherry tomatoes and mezclum greens all drizzled in a balsamic glaze. We followed with lamb chops for myself and my partner entrecot both fantastic, grilled to our taste and handsome portions, both come with french fries (not frozen but the real deal). The dessert was Torrijas (sort of a french toast) which is served with ice cream , if you have never tried them, they are delicious. The only criticism I have is that in Spain they charge you for each piece of bread (homemade from scratch) , here 2 euros per piece so 2 pieces an extra 4 euros. We ask for chimichurri for the entrecot; which they did not have. Our wonderful waiter advised us of their house sauce, incredibly tasty, but when the biall came they charge 3.50 euros for it. I guess in my USA mentality it seems nickel and diming, but it is the custom here. I still would highly recommend the experience of having lunch or dinner at Las Brasas de San Miguel. Great staff all around and a once in a lifetime meat lovers experience. Thanks for a great meal!!!

7/10To be honest I was a bit disappointed, having read all of the rave reviews. We both ordered the tenderloins which came with chips, we felt we needed some sort of greens, so ordered the salad too. We also had the bread and olive oil for starter (the olive oil wasn’t very good quality from previous restaurants we had been to). We were seated around the corner facing the bar so the surroundings were very bland. The service was very good and staff were nice. Overall it wasn’t anything to write home for us. It might’ve been down to what we ordered but for a steak house experience I preferred a previous place we’d been to.

10/10The food was amazing we had the T-bone steak to share it was huge, loved how they done it very rare and brought your own mini BBQ to cook it how you liked, staff was very attentive and gave great recommendations, highly recommended.

8.5/10Great restaurant round the corner from our hotel. Great atmosphere and self cook steak experience is great so that you can cook it how you like. Only down side was our waiter was perhaps a little inexperienced which showed other than that would recommend it and will go again.

10/10If you want quality meat dishes, this is the best in town. Rib eye was exceptional and the T- bone was succulent. Service was sharp. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made for a great evening for 5 carnivores. A must for discerning Alicante diners. Been before, will go again.

9.5/10Great Place! We shared a Platter of different meats and they were really good. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for and the wine recommendation was great. We sat outside but the inside looked really nice and there was an AC if I remember it right. The staff was friendly and fast. Can recommend 100%
