The risotto is presented very well but it is honestly overcooked. It tastes more like a rice porridge with milk than a risotto with mashrooms. The lamb shoulder is really tasty, the gravy is top but it is a portion for 2 and it is not really a lot for the price. If you are hungry better to take the other plate of lamb, it is bigger and it cost less. Nice ambient and good service

The beet carpaccio was delicious. My risotto was also very good. But the star of the show was my husband's 10-hour roasted lamb. Melt in your mouth! A very enjoyable experience.

The Restaurant is a 10/10. To me as a Tourist it looks like a typical french Restaurant. Its located in an more quiet area. But within 5 Minutes by foot you are back in Action. The Food was very good and the prices are normal for european standards. The serviceteam was very Kind and friendly. So we can only highly recommend Le26!

Loved the welcome. The food was excellent! Came back a second time and just as good! We sat indoors both times.

Very pricy for small portions. Appetizers and entrees were good, but not great. Waitress was attentive.

All of the food we ordered was magnificent. In particular the onion tart appetizer, lamb shank entree & lemon pie for dessert.

Elegant French cuisine made affordable. Our meals were both visually appealing and delicious. The food quickly took us to our happy place when we dined. Both the chicken and lamb dishes were excellent.

Food was very good, obviously made on site, and with care. Wine list was limited. My only complaint was being served a spoiled glass of spoiled Chateau neuf du Pape. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was not very good. Shrimp were overcooked and tough. Gespatcho soup was mostly cheese and about 3 spoonful of soup. Molten lava cake was way overcooked and burnt around edges. Very expensive for poor quality food!

Recommend by our guide Arnaud from Ventourisme for my friend’s birthday, and everything from the service through the dessert was perfect. Merci beaucoup for a very special evening!

Lovely meal. Busy place with indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of families, couples and solo travelers - so everyone is welcome! Cocktails are a waste of money but excellent wine menu so just go for wine.

My husband and I shared the slow-cooked lamb shoulder. It was delicious! The service was excellent and the restaurant is lovely, nicely off the busier area.

We had a fabulous meal. We ordered the chef’s special which was a smoked salmon open sandwich and salad. Also the lamb shoulder to share which was absolutely delicious. The service was great and they made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go back!

The ambience was very good and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Our wine, Cote du Rhone, was first class and our dessert good too. The main course, (plat) was a little disappointing. The terrine consisted of two small chicken drumsticks and a few peas and carrots without spice or flavourings. I have cooked and had massively better.

Was looking forward to the 'Shrimp en papilotte' but not actually served in paper at all, which was misleading. Dish was served with curried cauliflower & potatoes but 75% cubed potatoes, so a little boring.

A very nice service, speaking English if needed. We had duck fillets and there were really tasty. Booking via the fork for lunch worked perfectly even last minute.

My wife and I both had the Prawn entree, both were either mostly raw or partially cooked. My wife left half an uncooked prawn which the staff member advised would be passed onto the chef, we received no response or apology. The lamb shank was excellent. The steak on the menu is listed as fillet, we were advised they didn't have the fillet but it was a secondary cut. What was delivered was well cooked but far from a secondary cut and was fatty and chewy. Experience was average, wine was average, service was ok.

After having many fancier meals in Avignon earlier in our stay it was good to go to a more bistro style place with a simpler presentation and more comfort type food. Food quality was very good and the formula meals were a real bargain. The service was attentive without being overbearing and the interior had a rustic feel to it. Overall I’d call this a very good everyday type of place (for our pocketbook at least) where 2 people can get out the door for about $60-65 and feel they easily have gotten what they paid for. Numerically I would say this was a 9.2-9.3 rating place.

Exceeded expectations. We started with a generous portion of sea bass ceviche and we shared the slow cooked shoulder of lamb between the two of us and it was delicious. They have an extensive wine menu but the house wine was excellent value.
