It was a quiet night in January. Just us and another couple at another table. The waiter took good care of us. Tasty food. And the friendly Golden Retriever dog was an added bonus.

Very nice restaurant around the corner from the Palais des Papes. Food was delicious and very copious. Great selection of wines. Excellent friendly service even though the restaurant was full. Will return soon.

We sat outside on a beautiful evening in Avignon at Le 46. The food and wine were delicious and the service was good. My husband had the king prawn appetizer which was really nice. The duck breast and sea bass were also really delicious. I would recommend the citron meringue for dessert - so yummy.

Staff was terrific. Very patient with my limited high school French. Their English was a lot better than my French. Food was wonderful. Lovely place.

The service, the atmosphere and excelent wine

I wish I could say that I loved the place because the servers were very nice and friendly. The food was fine, but didn’t exactly blow me away like I’ve been blown away daily while in France. The ambiance was careless, but not in a charming way — wrong music, wrong lighting, broken candle holders with fake flickering bulbs that weren’t working, and tables used as non-food prep surfaces in the dining area. I don’t get why this place has the rating that it has.

The staff were friendly and informative. We had duck breast with artichoke done three ways and it was delicious- cooked to perfection and to choice. Wine is excellent too, great choice with plenty of local wines and other regional choices. We had some small delicacies added in to taste which were on the house. Very relaxed too. It is not on the main Square but there is a balance of local community living and tourist route to the Bridge. We loved the music, brought back a few memories. It gets busy at lunchtime but the evening menu is excellent so I really recommend you choose it to dine. A hidden treasure.

The restaurant is an upscale, small place with a nice ambience. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially when it came to choosing the wine. We were offered tastes of several wines before deciding on our wine. The food was well prepared and interesting. We enjoyed trying new entrees, appetizers and desserts. Well worth the dinner!

Excellent restaurant on a quiet street, service was impeccable. The food was delicious, the wine list was varied and accessible, and we had a real feeling of a restaurant run with charm and enthusiasm and a love of food. I particularly loved the parmesan panna cotta amuses bouches, and their chips were superb

The food was not good at all. It was barely warm. Since there were only four choices of entrees to choose from we thought they will very good but neither my choice wife, my daughter or myself were happy with our meal. Do not recommend this restaurant to others

We had a great time. Tomato tart, foie gras, very well cooked duck. Everything was great. So glad we found it.

We were in a rush to catch the train. Food came quite good and very yummy. Good quality and amazing service. Definitely recommend.

The service was excellent. Wine options are incredible. The duck was good but accompanied vegetables were not warm.

Excellent experience, in all categories. We thoroughly enjoyed each course. The service was also exceptional, especially the sommelier, who gave perfect wine recommendations to us. I think we cleaned every single plate for 3-4 courses, which is rare for us.

We had only two starters and one main for two adults. And three caps of wine. Food was delicious and service above all expectations.

We were late arriving for our reservation because we got a little lost in the rain, but when arriving they were very welcoming and said it didn't matter they had our table ready. The atmosphere is very welcoming, relaxing and nicely appointed. But we particularly liked our server, Marc, who was very helpful picking a wine, and recommending their specialties. You could tell it was a popular place, lots of locals and people staying to enjoy wine and conversation. We couldn't have felt more at welcomed, and the Marc, our server, and I discussed that we would share a birthday the next day...don't miss this little jewel, a lovely evening.

excellent meal - flavor quality and presentation with much appreciated attention to detail and kind explanations. The dorade and the euck were exquisite. Host was exceptionally friendly and covered all the tables with a smile. Don’t let the wine list intimidate you- it is super accessible if you know what you like, and if not, the team is extremely knowledgeable and honestly? The wine prices surprisingly reasonable. Bravo!

Everything is made in house and it is evident from the first bite. The staff was attentive and punctual, the menu choices though somewhat limited were still ample to consider. The plates were warmed and the meal served hot. The olive tempenade and small house appetizer were excellent and a welcome addition to the meal. Believable value for what we were served,. Well done to the restaurant, its staff and ower(s).
