The only challenge with Carrozze is if you sit outside you are basically in the Ros’s which is quite disconcerting. The service was alright but not great although the food was pretty good. Overall decent but wouldn’t rush back

Consistently wonderful. Great casual ambiance in lovely area of Florence. Fabulous pasta, perfect pizza, fresh salads, nice wines. Staff attentive, friendly.

The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. We ordered wine and 2 different pasta dishes, penne all’arrabiata and mezze maniche con la burrata. The pasta dishes were good and the bread was awful! Like plain white bread with no flavor. When the check came we discovered a $6 coperato which we had no idea of (!it’s listed in very small letters at the bottom of the last page of the menu) and they charged us for a more expensive wine than we ordered . When we asked about it the waiter got an attitude. He was definitely taking advantage of us. This was $12 more than the bill should have been. Beware!! We won’t go back

The restaurant is in a beautiful and convenient location.The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff was great, helpful and very efficient! The food had a very good quality and the prices were as they should be.I totally recommend it!

Spent a week in Florence and hands down this was our favorite place, enough that we ate here on 4 separate occasions. Service and food are next level !

Excellent food and atmosphere! We eat dinner here at least twice on every trip to Florence. Marco is an outstanding waiter!

There were 9 of us and staff were very friendly and attentive. Kids had pizzas - which were excellent. Adults had variety of pasta dishes - all really tasty.

The food was very good and the waiter was very attentive.

Sit outside on the piazza by the Ferragamo building. The waiters speak great English, and the menu is also in English. The food is lukewarm and lacks any spices, but that is common in Italy. Ask for salt and the waiter for recommendations.

Service is a bit slow. We ordered a lemonade and a draft beer and took them quite long to bring them (almost 10 min). When we finished the lunch, they took the plates and again we had to wait for quite long for someone to ask if we wanted dessert or coffe.
