4.5/10For a recommended restaurant on tripadvisor, this was a disappointment. The steak was not the quality I expected, and the waiter wore a worn-out jersey and it did not look like he worked there. We were given a table, ordered food and drinks, and then they decided to put down a tablecloth, so we had to move all the dining to get ours. The toilet was downstairs, and we had to go past a guy working on some things in a corner, way down the corridor. The sink was broken and it was quite dirty. I'm glad we had a coupon for half off the food, because it would not be worth it to pay full price.

2/10We waited for 1 hour to receive an uncooked burger(we asked to change it and the second one was uncooked almost raw meat...) and a very chewy flavorless steak. I would not even pay normal price for this bad food. Besides, the price range was higher than other restaurants. We used to like this place but now it seems to be a tourist trap. Staffs were friendly though.

6.5/10The prices on the menu are quite high, and the dining environment and food quality only match the discounted price. Upon arrival, we were informed that each person must order a main course to enjoy the discount. I inquired if we could order a similarly priced appetizer since one of us wanted to have a salad, but the restaurant refused and insisted that each person must order a main course to get the discount, which was not mentioned on The Fork. The toilet seat was broken, and the restaurant was quite dirty. For a similar price, you can choose Benedict next door, which offers a better dining environment and quality.

7/10The food is not bad. I think the steak can be better if the staff gave me some recommendations about doneness of steak when I ordered. The woman provided great service and speak English well. She is super nice. really appreciate! Opposites, the man who provided the terrible service and with the poker face. Even I told him to gave me some water twice, he still didn’t do anything. It’s really awful.

7.5/10The service was polite and quiet quieck. The steak was good and fries homemade. Extra vegetables was mostly eggplant ( which I don’t like) a bit boring… carrots, courgette, broccoli and eggplant. The chairs outside are really uncomfortable and you feel like they are going to break soon…

10/10The food was superbly cooked. The selection and price of bio wines was wonderful. We enjoyed every bite! Even without the Forks 50% off food offer, I believe it it’s very well priced for a steakhouse!
