10/10An absolutely amazing experience, service was flawless, cocktails and wine selection were amazing and the dishes were incredibly thought out and put together. Clearly a incredibly talented chef and a front of house team that have immense passion for their sector. Highly reccomend and I will definitely be back every return to Paris. Thank you to all of the team at Flaubert!

8.5/10I celebrated my birthday in this Bistro. It is located in a central area of Paris and is well connected by public transport. The service was impeccable. A little expensive but the food was good and the waiters were very kind. I recommend going to try it!

10/10This was our favorite restaurant during our stay in Paris. The menu was creative/inventive, expertly executed - every dish from appetizer through dessert was amazing. The staff was friendly, efficient and perfectly attentive. Atmosphere was elegant yet very comfortable - loved the decor. Will definitely go back the next time we're in Paris.

10/10New Year's dinner with the family, all dishes were superb but the scallop was the best over the best, great service, and well located to see the fireworks later at walking distance from Triumph Arc.

6/10Food was presented very beautifully. Service was very good and waiter was pleasant. However the portions were TINY and the food was not good. The flavors were very odd and all the food tasted off. Our main, cod was a small bland piece of fish, and the desert was inedible. The bread basket was more filling than the entire meal, and we had to go somewhere else after. I would not recommend this place at all, and it was a huge letdown.

10/10We visited Paris from London for 3 nights, this was our last meal in Paris. Food was amazing and staff up there with the best we have ever had! Atmosphere of restaurant was also incredible

10/10We had a wonderful evening here. The servers were very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the menu options (even in English). We chose the tasting menu with wine pairings and the sommelier took time to discuss his wines choices, which I found very intetesting. I put this bistrot on the top of my list for a french foodie experience! Merci!

4.5/10The tasting menu was ok but the service was terrible. We had to wait for half an hour for waiter to take our order. And the waiters were super unfriendly. Sadly, it was a very disappointing experience overall.

10/10Exceptional food. The menu of the day looked delicious, and I then forgot what was coming, yet everything was amazing. The fish was especially superb, cooked in foam and so many textures and flavors added. The dessert sent me merrily on my way. I would come back here in a heartbeat: indeed, I'm going back tomorrow

9/10Food was excellent ( though not fond of the dessert choices). as was the attentive service. Wine pairing by the servers were super! It was a busy night with some patrons quite noisy we thought, The restaurant was small, intimate and so we were a bit surprised. Will return again

10/10This place used to offer a menu of three courses for €45. The menu is still offered on the web site but it's not available at the restaurant. So, three courses now cost around €60. The food is better (my last few visits found erratic behavior in the kitchen). But the price is new.

6/10Average food and service. Wouldn't recommend the Poulet de Bresse special at all, came in 2 services ... first breast part OK ... nothing special and second service of leg and thigh was so tough it was hard to cut off meat to eat. Desserts we're average. Quietly informed server who said kitchen staff would talk to supplier. Comped the desserts. Thanks. Whole experience was not up standards expected of a restaurant associated with chef Rostang. We have been in France many dozens of times and have experience with French cuisine from simple country cafes to a n many Michelin 1* 2* and 3* restaurants. Time for Monsieur Rostang to assess this associated "a cote" operation.
