The server was excellent, and the food was great. The restaurant was very nice inside and made me feel very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. the prices were very reasonable, and they had great specials as well.

Overall a good restaurant experience. I went with a party of four. Appetizer of cream of crab and scallop was very good, but the mains were hit or miss - pork chop was dry, steak was cooked fine, the salmon scallop combo was dry.

So we got there early enough so that we had the restaurant to ourselves. The two waiters on staff were fun and attentive. We even had to learn what scallops were together (St Jacques I think?) which was hilarious. The food was delicious of course. I had Beef cheeks that were rich and my wife had Lamb Shank roasted with honey and we both loved the other ones plates more. The homemade duck foie grois we had for our first time was paired with fresh bread. It made us want to try it again. But I’m still not sure if I like it (we did bring some back from our trip though) Our bill definitely reflected how much fun we had and I would love to go again.

Last minute booking but really glad we found this restaurant. Simple menu with good French dishes done really well. Friendly staff too and a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a Wednesday night !

Booked easily via Fork with 40% off. We got the fish of the day (salmon) + duck tataki. Both were quite nice but not mind blowing. Both came with the same sides (sweet potato mash and assortment of vegetables).

The service was amazing. The server explained everything on the menu, and was very kind. He spoke english with us as well as practiced our French. he checked on us while giving us space. The food was mind blowing for a reasonable price. 10/10 recommend!

This restaurant has an interesting menu. I tried the duck tataki and the fusion of Japan and Aveyron works great in my opinion. The side dish was good also. Unfortunately the decoration lacks character and charm. A remodel or simply having table cloths and linen instead of paper napkins would justify the rather expensive price (if no discount offer selected). That being said the discount offer is great so is the staff who was super friendly.

Le Bossu is a lovely restaurant located on Île Saint-Louis with an original menu and great service! I recommend trying their duck plates: from effiloché to tataki, everything was delicious!!

Our meal at Bossu was simply delightful. It's a small nicely appointed restaurant on Ile St. Louis. My wife and I shared the best escargot we'd ever had. When we told our server that, she brought us four more "on her." The rest of our dinner didn't disappoint -- beef bourguignon was sumptuous, and my wife'sea bass was amazing with a light sweet potato puree. Our server, Mourine?, was fun and charming. Highly recommend.

Pros: the food was good and in the discount offered was great. Our waitress was very helpful and pleasant and spoke English and was able to translate the menu for us. We speak a little French but couldn’t translate everything ourselves. We would’ve used our phones, but we were seated downstairs where there is no cell phone service. Cons: the pictures of the tables and ambience you see online are of their upstairs level. It looks very nice and upscale. But we were placed downstairs where it cold, a little smelly, and had odd mismatched decor. Our booth was also very snug. There were some charming parts of the other room downstairs but it was not the restaurant ambience we were looking for on our last night in Paris. If you’re looking for the classy atmosphere in the pictures ask for a table upstairs.
