10/10When i requested to cook steak of medium-rare, chef Well cooked main dishes and desserts. manager is care about everything in bucheron and their waiter try to serve fastest and get order from their guest.

7.5/10We dined here on a Tuesday night, The food was good and the ambience was lovely. Our waiter was nice but a little slow and forgetful. I really have no complaints, except for one. I was paying by card, and after I had tapped the handheld machine the waiter was holding, I went to take my card out and he said "Uh, no. Please look at the screen". It was the tip screen. This was the only restaurant we went to in Paris over 8 days, that had a waiter ask/insist on a tip. However I felt about the restaurant and the food before this, I left with a bad taste in my mouth.

9.5/10Le Bucheron did everything right; it's really that simple! We were celebrating an anniversary; LeBucheron tracked that information and gifted us a chocolate lava cake with a dreamy sauce to celebrate the occasion. We requested a "romantic table with a window view" (not knowing anything about the restaurant). Well, it has no windows, but we were promptly seated at the first inside table where we had a wonderful of Parisians (and tourists) passing by and a carousel across rue de Rivoli. The food was wonderful (the onion soup is fantastic!) and the Pinot Grigio our server poured was delicious and refreshing. The staff were attentive but also allowed us to enjoy our experience to the max! We would return in a heartbeat!

6.5/10The service is prompt and the waiter efficient. The food is average as I ordered the terrine and the beef tartare. The restaurant was very rowdy and crowded during lunch and my daughter’s confit du canard was a bit dry. My son’s poulet avec chimichrri sauce was good.

The high rating in Google was not a sham--it was an honest-to-goodness culinary find in the Le Marais vicinity. The mushroom side order that went with my grilled salmon--it was the best balance of spice and seasoning and flavor that I've ever tasted in my 30+ years of traveling that I almost thought, "what sorcery is this simple but mind-blowing sautée of mushrooms?!" The service was tops, too: From the manager to the servers to the kitchen personnel. Coming back, absolutely!

8/10Staff was very attentive and fine dealing with us in English. Interesting to have the kitchen right in the middle were can see form most tables, but seats a little cramped. Food selection good. Duck was a little dryer on the outside that I wanted, but inside had good flavor. The tart desert was a little too much like jam on crust. Very happy with their treatment of us on New Year's Eve.

9/10Our first dinner in Paris and was delightful. Our waiter was fantastic, atmosphere was more laid back but bustling and full of energy. The food was really good. If you are looking for a more casual dining experience (we had teens with us) but still some really good Parisian food, this is a great spot

Lovely surroundings, excellent service, and delicious food made our dinner quite memorable. Wish we had gone a couple of days earlier so we would have had an opportunity to go again while in Paris!
