10/10For the third year in a row, we have come to Paris and this restaurant and we have had an absolutely wonderful dinner! The food is delicious and the owner is generous and fun. Definite must try. We will be back again next year god willing!

10/10One will always remember the house cat...totally unobtrusive, dark grey, and blended with the ambiance. but to the main point... Location, service and food combined for excellent value. Make a reservation online.

10/10We always stay on Ile St Louis when in Paris, but this is the first time we’ve been at this lovely small restaurant. Very family run, and seemingly catering, mostly to locals, which made for a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food was very good and very Representative French country cooking. Highly recommend it!

9/10Wonderful service and quiet ambiance with understated elegance and warmth. The food was generally of very high quality, prepared skillfully. The steak was not quite the quality of the rest of our wonderful meal. Highly recommended!

8.5/10Our meals were all excellent. I was, however, disappointed that this restaurant did not honor the 20% discount that was offered when I made my reservation. The discount was one of the reason I chose to eat here. When the bill arrived, there was no discount, so I showed our server the Fork app, and asked about the discount, but she just said, "No", and I didn't feel comfortable pressing the issue.

10/10My wife and I had a lovely dinner at this quaint and romantic restaurant. The food and the service was excellent. It was our last night in Paris and we couldn’t think of a better way to end our trip. Everything was excellent. From our entree’s to dessert - it was a wonderful meal.

10/10beautiful place on a lovely street with a charming, romantic vibe. everything on the menu was as good as it sounded like it would be. we came for lunch and chose the formula midi for a combination of a starter and a main course. my meal was foie gras to start followed by duck confit and both were perfect. if you are ordering a la carte, there might be a discount on the Fork, but we didn't take advantage of that. highly recommend.

10/10We love this restaurant and have eaten there several times. Also we recommended it to our daughter and family and they said it was one of the best meal they have eaten. They made it the most memorable anniversary we have ever had. We will return to Le Caveau de L'Isle on our next trip to Paris! Thank you for serving us so well!

Over our many trips to Paris, we have found Le Caveau de I’Isle to be an excellent dining experience whether with family or a couple. The food is excellent, beautifully prepared and presented in a wonderful environment. The prices are very fair for the quality and quantity of your meal. We often choose the French onion soup, the skewers and the fish is excellent . A set menu during lunch is a very good deal but not available at dinner. I booked our reservations many months in advance on the Fork as it is difficult to get in at the last minute especially a family of 8. Thank you for once again Le Caveau de I’Isle for taking great care of us for our family trip to Europe and our 45th wedding celebration. We will return again as a couple many more times.

10/10Excellent French cuisine. There is a cellar that is very cool if the heat gets to you. The service staff is great. We had 2 children ages 9 and 11. They had a great time.

8/10I hoped this would be a really good experience. In fact, I thought everything could be improved, with a little more attention to detail. The salad starter needed more refinement to make it more visually appealing. My duck breast main course was perhaps the best thing I ate and it had good flavour. The service tried to balance the homely and the professional and it might be good to decide on one or the other.

A nice experience! One of the dishes could have definitely been a little more flavourful (chorizo sauce didn't taste much like chorizo) but the meat was very well cooked and portions were great for the size. Cute cat wandering around like it owned the place, and friendly staff

We’ve loved this restaurant for years and were so excited to finally share it with our children—but sadly, it wasn’t what we remembered. The food was just okay, and the Roquefort cheese sauce, once a favorite, was bland and mostly cream with barely any cheese flavor. One of the biggest disappointments was that the prix fixe dinner menu is no longer available, which used to make the meal feel thoughtful and special. We understand places change, but it’s hard not to feel let down when a spot that once felt like a hidden gem just doesn’t hold up. Grateful for the memories, but bummed by the experience.

Regarding the menus, this is clearly indicated both outside and on our menus or our networks and only applies at lunchtime. This has not changed. +1The ambience is really comfy, I think this restaurant is a hidden gem not some kind of tourist trap, they had good food with reasonable prices. I enjoy eating here, the waitress is also really nice, they assure you sit comfortably.
