The food is above average. We booked the lunch and wasn’t not even Michelin guide level. If you guys see this don’t waist your time to go to this Restaurant. I can’t say anything about dinner because I haven’t eaten there yet, but for sure not coming back for lunch

+10Our party is a unique case b/c one of us is vegan -- we notified them ahead, and they specifically created a 4 course vegan menu for them. Merci! We went w/ the 5 course because of that. Some dishes (scallops, mushroom cappuccino, venison, and especially the cheese course) were phenomenal, some of the best dishes we had in Courchevel. And the one word that everyone walked away with was: Presentation. The ambiance, plating, and even the table-side preparation made it feel like we were in a theatre production. At the same time, despite being 5 courses, the dinner was 4 hours b/c an hour+ long wait b/w the 4th course to the dessert & bill which was jarring. At the beginning, we were also asked if anyone else had any aversions -- one has a strong one w/ mushrooms, but was served it several times while a server checked-in about it at the fourth course. One course was primarily mushroom, but most could have had it removed -- a dif. restaurant accommodated that despite a lot of truffle too.

The entire experience was fantastic the only down side is that the whole experience took over four hours so come in early! A must in Courchevel.

Was too long, and i would have expected better service from 2 star Michelin restaurant. Too much unnecessary fuss

The only thing not satisfying was the time. We waited over 30 mins for dessert to come. Not sure why?
