Average food, difficult to get a table because it relies on spa hotel guests. Long wait after booked time to be seated.

The chalet was beautiful. Male waiter with glasses not very friendly. A bit arrogant. The female waitress was great ! Food was very good !

Very cozy place. Service was pretty prompt. We ordered the duck and horse plates. Very delicious meat and sauces…the vegetables and sides were just okay. Red wine was excellent. Homemade tiramisu was good, but not wow.

We had a very disappointing meal, the fillet steak was a joke. I requested it to be cooked “blue” and it arrived medium. It arrived as 2 pieces from the the cheapest end of the fillet. I sent it back and when the second steak arrived it was medium rare and again in 2 pieces. We also had a problem with the Valpolicella which was advertised as 2018 and when it arrived it was 2021. The wine itself was fine but they still charged us CH70. Avoid this restaurant!

We had an amazing time there. The food, service and atmosphere were exceptional! The fondue is a must-try for whoever visits! It was the best we've had so far!

Excellent, fast service and delicious food. We go back again and again. Top notch. Our waiters were friendly, fast and efficient. We had raclette which was superb.

Stop by this restaurant on your way to Lavey-les-Bains, cozy AND yummy ! The service was on point, waiting time for the food to be served was correct. 10/10 would recommend !

Welcome not overly warm. Seated outside in a temporary kind of marquee area, really not very nice. 3 different waiting staff, so no one really responsible. Asked prior to tasting food if everything was OK. Food bland. Definitely don't go here, go to one of the nearby towns. Must have changed ownership because have eaten here a few times and it was extremely poor today, won't go back.

I recommend the Chalet and will go there again myself because the overall experience was nice. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful without being intrusive. For instance, I asked for a carafe of water and received it within 5min, then had it topped up without asking. The food was served quickly and it was tasty. The menu is varied and the pricing reasonable. The atmosphere in the restaurant is typical Swiss chalet: warm and cozy. It is conveniently close to the Bains de Lavey.

Great place. Very good service and food hot and delicious. Prices very reasonable (for Switzerland!) and I would definitely go again when visiting the Spa.
