We have been to this restaurant before and were disappointed with our recent visit. Service was spotty and slow. The table tops are hard ceramic which really detract from overall feel…which used to be warm and upscale. I don’t think that we will return, many better options close by.

The food was superb. We were allocated a nice, quiet seat as requested in the reservation. Food presentation and explanation were clear and patient (for partial-French speakers). The courses meshed well. We left sated but not overly full - as opposed to a Tom Kerridge Hand and Flowers French-food experience where you can hardly move. The wine-pairings were thoughtful and worked really well. The only downside was the two non-French/European patrons to our left who masticated open-mouthed and lip-smacked noisily, one blew his nose in the napkin and they were both relentlessly on social media. It's impossible for management to address these things, so that's not a knock open them, just a note for future patrons.

The service was superb. We enjoy practicing our French language skills and our waiters indulged us. The meal was well timed. The ambiance was classy but simple. We opted for the tasting menu and while imaginative, not every course was as flavorful as expected. Overall, the experience was very good.

This is one of the restaurant you must try in paris, the food is amaizing and they warm the dish, to keep warm the food this is an importan thing in a tasting menu. the presentation is nice and my french wasn't good so they explain me the menu in english with no problem.

Very friendly competent and courteous service. Food was creative in use of esoteric ingredients without making a presentation just to “show off”. All five courses were delicious. Given the quality of food and presentation, the tasting menu was a real bargain. Great ambiance and charming servers.

Underserved. Over sold. Sad way to end our week stay and not at all comparable to the excellent and authentic dining experience we had in every other cafe and restaurant. The ending was most upsetting. The waiter publicly pressured us for a 20% tip after an evening of trying to upsell us and very mediocre service and food. Go elsewhere. They are seeking tourists to take advantage of.
