I've lived in Geneva for over 35 years and I have no idea why I haven't discovered Le Cigalon before. Most definitely, the best fish I have ever eaten here. Everything was very precise and exquisitely cooked. Combinations of flavours exceptional. Also so pleasing to see and meet all of the team - father, son & desserts chef - and for them all to be so welcoming. I will be back for sure.

The ambience was great. Perfect for couples. We were very nicely welcomed and the chef was amazing with very artistic and delicious dishes.

This restaurant is spectacular. We had their chef’s menu and every dish was prepared with meticulous detail. Every dish was extremely delicious. Service was amazing. This is a gem of Geneva. I will definitely be back again next time I am in the city!

We go there for lunch and had a very good experience! The food is beautiful & delicious and the environment is well decorated with seafood elements & comfortable.

We were greeted by the owner and his wife upon arrival. The ambiance is perfectly done for a relaxing experience and was on point with the seafood theme of the restaurant. The staff was attentive and the food was absolutely outstanding!!!!

We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, it felt like a very casual lunch somewhere in the countryside, but with unique and great quality food. One of the most excellent lunches I had in a very long time and a reasonable price for what was offered. We will definitely go back. Thanks a lot

We had the fish lunch which is a good choice on Friday. The fish was cooked to perfection as was everything else. We would rated the meal higher but we like a bit more taste in the sauces and things. For instance there was piment in the entree grown nearby in Thonex I believe, however neither of us could find the taste. It doesn't have to be strong but still not too subtle.

Very quaint, cozy, place. Family run. We did the 10 course chef menu and it was very good. For 1 star michelin, they did a really nice job. Highly recommend.

It is many years since I first ate in this restaurant. I was more than delighted to find that the quality of the kitchen has remained exactly as high as I remembered it: by a distance the best place I know of in Geneva to enjoy a lunch or dinner based on ingredients from the sea, carefully prepared and well served. A treat.

This restaurant is beautifully decorated. Everything and everywhere show it a seafood restaurant. Parking is easy, just in front of doorstep. Staff warmly welcomed us and serviced very well with clear and polite introduction. Food is not only tasty but also beautiful.

Overrated. Good food with great quality ingredients, but not a single dish blew my mind. Good service, but not outstanding (she was very correct, he was just OK). Ok ambience, nothing to write home about. There are plenty of places in Geneva that, in my view, deserve higher ratings than this. I’m not coming back. And I really wonder how they have a Michelin star…

Very tasty food ! All is very fresh and deligthful. However the speciality is fish , don't come if you want meat

Excellent fish and seafood restaurant. I think the best option is to choose à la carte. Booking is a must, as the place is small and often booked out.
