We went on Christmas Day for dinner. What a charming restaurant.. The staff were so sweet and welcoming! We really enjoyed the food. The portions were good, and the dishes were classic and non pretentious. We had some great wine as well, All in all, a great expeirence!

Have eaten here before- the food is remarkable, even for Paris! This time we got stuck sitting upstairs which I found depressing.

Our dining experience here last year was very good. So we returned for the second time. Unfortunately, not only the price went up significantly, the food quality was not as good as before. The room on the ground floor was full and quite noisy. Overall disappointing.

All was amazing

A really lovely table by the window overlooking the street below. Lovely ambience hidden from the street so not many people in here, pleasurably quiet. Food delicious, I got two vegetarian dishes which were small but flavourful,

Accommodated us even at the last half-hour, with full service

The food and service were fantastic, and the wine pairing was exelent. The best meal we had in Paris.

I enjoy my experience at Le Comptoir des Petits Champs. The settings were cozy and charming, the music was pleasant and not overwhelming in the background. We struggled selecting our starters as all choices looked appetising! we went for the 2 different roasted veggie options (betteraves and courge) and they were excellent. the mains had a tough act to follow. my wife stayed on the veggie option there (good, maybe a bit too greasy and would have liked a bit more 'crême de marron') and I went for the fish with raifort and rice (well prepared, good portion and filling). We were nearly full but decided to go for dessert. I'm partial to a good cheesecake and it was good. it's an address we'll keep and check again when back in Paris.

Cosy ambience and friendly service. Nice roasted veg as starters and my lamb lasagne was pleasant enough but my husband’s cod - breadcrumbed fish from the freezer in a tasteless white sauce- was the food low of the holiday. I’m afraid we left disappointed.

Not the best French cuisine to be owned. In my opinion of course. Actually on menu was lasagna and risotto. Other two mains don’t really remember. Service is very slow.

No warm greeting. Food served was rude. Didn’t want to explain menu when asked specific questions. Food was horrific. The salmon tartar was gray… totally inedible. My veal was swimming in sauce which was spilling over the sides of the dessert plate it was served on. The mashed potatoes were good. The check was brought with no tank you.. just plopped in front of us. 100% do not recommend They need to do so much better. Worst meal I have ever eaten in Paris.

The tables were a bit small and close together, but the food and service were top-notch.

Great experience! Excellent service and food. Someone in our group is pregnant and the waiter made sure to check all ingredients with the chef before recommending a dish.

Very good restaurant

The service was particularly great, and we really enjoyed the country pâté and the figs. My fish was delicious!

Well prepared food and dishes with top quality products. Short but good menu. Not the ordinary standard tourist menu. A lot of French guests and a dog is a good indicator 😁. Wine recommendations were accurate and very reasonably priced. Best meal during the week in Paris.

What a wonderful spot! From the moment we walked in the door, Benoit made us feels like welcomed guests. He was so charming and funny and really went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The food was wonderful and the wine as well. We loved the beautiful and cozy dining room.

Highlights were the presentation of the plates, the ingredients and the outstanding kindness of the waiter that dealt with the payment, he was truly a gentleman and, imo, he makes the difference in this place, voilà! Cheers 🥂

Food portions were large and creamy. The restaurant is in a cute old charming building. Service was friendly and food was timed well (not too fast and not too slow).

Food was excellent and prices good. Wait staff friendly and excellent. We came late in the lunch service and lingered, and were not hurried in the slightest. On the contrary: there was a sudden downpour as we were leaving, and they invited us to sit it out. We were seated at a window table overlooking the Restaurant Vefour. Could not have been better in any way.

We had a good experience overall, which was dampened by exceptionally slow service. The food was mostly great, especially the slow-cooked beef. Unfortunately, the ravioli was on the blander side but it wasn’t bad. Our waiter seemed overworked, but he was mostly nice and as helpful as he could be, given his workload.

A compact menu of fine French tastes offering high quality food with reasonable pricing

Cosy and superb. Back window seats have a great view, and food is diverse but all of it was tasty. Loved the lamb stew

One of the nicest places we ate in Paris. Loved it. Highly recommend.

We stopped one afternoon for a glass of wine, and loved the ambiance, so we came back for dinner. This is a cozy place with excellent food. The staff was efficient and courteous. The curated wine list provided solid options. If you sit on the main level dining room, near the window, there is also a lovely view. We would recommend Les Comptoirs for sure.

Great place on a quiet street,. Reservation made last minute. Staff excellent, let us taste the wine before choosing. Food was excellent-grilled lamb, raw tuna starters. Beef and duck breast as main courses-fabulous, all in an intimate and funky setting.
