5.5/10The food was much better in the past and one of the my friend’s meals came once we were almost done with ours. Also the service wasn’t great as it normally is. The best part was the view and ambiance. But definitely didn’t hold up to the quality and experience of what it used to be.

8/10When arriving we were stunned by the elegant ambiance. Sadly the Waiter didnt take our Jackets. At the Table we were welcomed by a good Prosecco. The food was excellent and the chef also took special wishes into account. The signature Menu was very good. The presentation was on a high level, also the combination of the tastes. Sadly the Service was not the best, we had to refill our glasses by ourselfs.

5.5/10Tremendous views and a perfect sunset. After being seated and immediately asked what alcohol without even opening the menu. Told them we needed a minute. Proceeded to not have anyone approach for another 28 minutes sitting with nothing but menus on the table. Eventually ordered. Asked for steak to be medium rare and waiter argues with me I shouldn’t order it that way and that the cook is a ‘French cook’ and only knows two ways to cook - rare or burnt so what do you want? Steak arrived with a cold center as I expected but waiter didn’t come around until end of meal to ask me about the steak. This was also a milestone birthday celebration and I flew from the other side of the world to experience and specifically chose this place because they had a proper steak on the menu and I wanted to compare flavors of high alpine beef against everything else. They also never mentioned it was my birthday or a simple congrats. Pathetic service all around.

10/10This was a fantastic experience. The fine food was excellent, the service impeccable and the views, breathtaking. The wait staff were patient as we spoke in French but offered English when we got stuck. We asked for wine pairings and has excellent recommendations. We also got great advice about hiking as we asked about the mountain peaks we could see from our table. A fantastic experience!

7/10The lake view is breathtaking. The environment is quite and peaceful. The food is good but was expecting a greater tasting experience given the choice and price, France wins always in food and gastronomy compared to Switzerland. Nevertheless, as a first trial in this restaurant, the staff were lovely and professionals.

7/10The only thing this restaurant has going is the view, which I have to say was spectacular. The food is over rated, yet tasteful. The desert was good. Service was very slow, and we spent close to 3 hours at dinner, waiting as much as 20 minutes between each course to be served.

4/10My friend recommended we ate at the Deck in Lausanne because of the view on the lake. The view is nice but that’s about all this expensive place is about. The tables don’t even have tablecloths but most of all the food is mediocre at best. The tomato salad with buratta was deceiving in the sense that for 29 euros, one can expect to get more than a few grams of cheese in the middle of a bunch of tomatoes roughly cut. The pasta with chanterelles was terribly dry,, and chanterelles sparse. Last but not least, the Maitre D/ host (Fabio) had a little despising attitude which really made me uneasy. When you are in that line of work, the least you can do is to wear a smile on your face and be welcoming to your guests! Spare yourself and skip this place. Not worth the money at all. Please note that there is a lounge/cafe on the side of the restaurant, so you can go for a drink, check out the view because that’s the only thing that merits your attention here.

10/10This restaurant has been recommended to me by many of my friends from Geneva, and my parents and I finally had a reservation on Sunday. All of our courses were delicious, the wine paired well, and the staff was attentive. The view is unbeatable. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

4/10Beautiful view but that was the only good thing about the restaurant. Very poor quality of the food and most of the staff was unorganized and unfriendly. Our waiter Idriss did a good job and he was very friendly. They try to be a gourmet restaurant but they are extremly far away from that. We took the 6 course menu and only 2 courses were good. The rest was disappointing.

10/10We were here for the 6Oth birthday of a friend. We had a slight mix up with the reservation but thanks to the professionalism of Christian the Maitre D’hotel and Idriss our server they accommodated our party and we had the most spectacular evening under the stars. Everything from the service, food & ambiance was Top!

8.5/10As requested in advance we reserved a window table. Unfortunately it was only possible, after insisting. The Chef de Restaurant was not very pleased about it, and did let us know this until the end. Apart of that the service from the ladies was very kind and professional. The food was excellent.
