Great food, nice locale. Completely inattentive waiter who was defensively aggressive whenever I had to flag him over (after waiting 40 minutes with menus and not ordering etc.). He was rushed off his feet, clearly, but he seemed to dislike our table for some reason and focused on the others in his section. Not the worst experience but not the most pleasant either.

Moules marinières served by this restaurant were the most delicious one I have ever had. The Niçoise-style vegetable farcis was a wonderful dish with a surprising twist. I would love to visit Nice again just to come back to this restaurant.

Not the best experience. Ambiance was off with really bright, cold lighting. Service was bad and we had to ask repeatedly for water for the table and some cutlery for a steak. One of us has a dairy allergy and we made the server aware. The meal ended up having dairy and some vomiting on the way home ensued. So, thanks.

Lovely terrace on one of Nice's pedestrian squares. We were greeted and seated quickly. Good wine list, with an excellent Pouilly-Fumé. The house made pâté de volaille and légumes farcis were excellent. My sole meunière was very good; my wife enjoyed her calamari. However, we waited nearly an hour after finishing the starter before the mains arrived; something must have gotten mixed up in the kitchen.

One of the best meals I’ve had in France this year. I had the linguini allo scoglio, which had shrimp, mussels, octopus and squid. Efficient friendly service and pleasant terrace. I’ll definitely be back.

It's an amazing resto in the centre of Nice. Decor, dishes and the personnel make us very pleased. I highly recommend this resto for anyone who wants to hang out for lunch or dinner.

Lovely dinner and vibe of the restaurant, especially in the evening. It was a shame that there was too little waiters trying to manage too many tables, other than that - I would definitely go back again!

We sat outside under the awning with the heat bars. Very comfortable. The maitre d' was right there to make sure we were happy. The gnocchi were very tasty and a large portion, also the mussels my "other half" had. Other reviews raved about the tiramisu and we agree. The best we had after almost three weeks in Italy. Our host recommended Gaglio as true Nice food at good prices. We agree.

We visited the place several times a year ago and during this vacations as well. It was excellent last time and remains excellent this year. Fish is especially good.

We really enjoyed our lunch. We would like to go there again! Especially, bouillabaisse was great!

Visited 3 times within one week!! Really nice , very tasty food, friendly staff. All in all, I would recommend !

The waiter was attentive, the food was excellent, and the tables were spaced nicely so that we weren't right on top of other diners. I would definitely recommend it.
