Good food, good ambiance, poor and chaotic service. We got so tired of waiting to be served that we finally left before dessert. The restaurant does not have enough staff to adequately service the number of customers that they book. We noticed that many other diners were not pleased with the level of service. Chef DeSavie, do something about it in order to fix the problem please.

If you are seeking incredible taste in high quality food, this is the place. I love the atmosphere and the artistry in the food. My wife called it the best place we have eaten in France so far.

We had horrible service. Although the restaurant was horribly understaffed , it was not acceptable. I acknowledge that we are in France and my French isn’t great but our waiter spoke NO English and made no effort to understand us. He turned us over to the busboy who was at least pleasant . We had to ask for bread . We ordered a second appetizer that was served with no serving spoon . The waiter never checked on us or asked if we would like more drinks or dessert. We had to beg for the check . Horrible!

There are 2 choices of eating style at Daniel Desavie and last evening we ate at the Bistro and were very satisfied with our choice. Fresh and tasty food with a limited menu ensuring fresh and tasty meal choices. Sufficient options per course in the menu to satisfy most appetites. Last evening there were tables with young children who were warmly welcomed and made to feel part of the party. Serving staff, as always,welcoming, attentive but discrete. Highly recommend the Bistro for lunch or dinner and the main restaurant for a special evening.

the Daniel Desavie bistro provides a wonderful lunchtime menu with three formulas ranging from 20-25eur per head. the quality of the food is excellent and the service is attentive. perfect for a business lunch or special family lunch. the bistro offers a terrasse with plenty of shade or indoors for the colder days. highly recommended and complimentary to the gastronomic restaurant that is also available at the same location.

The restaurant exemplifies why we come to France! Artistic and flavorful cooking; warm and attentive service; comfortable and elegant ambiance. There is nothing pretentious here-just an extremely high standard of hospitality. The menus are an excellent way to explore the chef's repertoire at a very fair price.

Wonderful St Valentine's menu with a super ambiance. Tables nicely decorated with roses and candles. Staff pleasant, efficient and attentive but discreet. Each course beautifully presented and delicious.
