2/10It’s advertised as a “steak house” and they only offer one cut of beef ( one with less “fat” than the other as described by our waiter). The menu says it comes with two sides and we only got one. The steaks were raw in the middle and had to be sent back. The au gratin potatoes were cold. We requested water and it wasn’t brought. The waiter never checked on us for the entire time.

5.5/10The food was way below average. The steaks were hard to chew and eat and overdone although we asked for medium. The starters were mediocre. We believe the place need re-invention . Good luck

10/10The service really set this place apart. Our waitress was incredibly patient with our children. We had a few issues with our order which were lost in translation as we don’t speak French, but they were resolved tactfully by the manager. The restaurant was very busy so you must book. We ordered the streaks and they were cooked perfectly - we’d recommend the vote de boeuf. The gratin was not seasoned so would be great for children. Our daughter had the kids menu which was smaller portions of the main courses, and came with a drink and dessert for a bargain 10 euros. This is the place we ate in Serris.

6.5/10Le George has potential to be excellent however it is a solid average in service & good quality. My Caesar salad was made with browning & wilting lettuce, the kids beef Patty was a small burnt, unseasoned puck, and my husband’s beef tartare was strangely sweet. The service did nothing to improve my average rating as there are only QR code menus available, no lunch specials, no follow-up quality checks & the wait staff uniforms (jeans & black shirt) clash & diminish the elegant & modern decor of the restaurant. All in all, not our favorite restaurant experience and would look else where for future visits to the area.

8/10Nice restaurant with a light and very cozy decoration. The staff was always available and very friendly. The food was all good and the prices are acceptable. For those who visit Disney and want a restaurant to relax a bit at the end of the day it is ideal.

8/10A group of 13 of us ate in the private dining area down at the back of the restaurant. Area itself was lovely other than the very bright light above the table that just flickered when turned down - we therefore resorted to asking the staff to turn them off completely and just give us candles for the table instead. The food was delicious and I'd highly recommend based on that. However, the service was very slow both for initial order, drinks and food. We felt forgotten about quite a lot - unsure if it was because we were down in the private dining area or not, but shouldn't matter.

4/10We booked this restaurant for 7pm. As we were running late, I rang to see if we could change our reservation to 8pm. They had no record of our reservation. I asked if we could make a new booking for 8pm. The girl said we could. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated at the very back, downstairs in an area away from everything and everyone. We were handed menus and theater was it. We waited and waited, at least 20 minutes and nobody came near us, not even to take a drinks order, nothing. We got up and walked out, and still we saw nobody on our way through the restaurant. They are totally understaffed. We had to go looking for a different restaurant. Really poor service.

7/10The fish used for the fish & chip is very bad quality and the risotto was very thick. There is an effort to change the menu but the quality has changed since the opening. The positive side being the staff who is very kind.

6.5/10Food was ok but nothing special. The Rump ordered was very tough and not very tasty. The fillet was much better. But having asked we are sure the pieces of meat were on the wrong plates so we simply swapped. Additional veg came out late and was a little under cooked but the staff were friendly and it's cost is not too bad given the decor. Probably try somewhere else if only to explore but we wouldn't not go back.

4.5/10It is difficult to write a review when one is really, really disappointed. Yes, the food when it arrived was good. Good but not exceptional and very good value for money. Yes, the maître d’ threw in free drinks to compensate for the bad service which was a nice gesture. But the service was pitiful. We were not asked if we wanted an aperitif, so we had to ask. It took over an hour to order and then a further 45 minutes for the one course to arrive. The champagne and wine were very average. Shame really, because the setting is nice, the situation excellent and the simple menu promises good things.

6/10Food very good but waiter was quite rude and seemed aggressive when we challenged the bill which, as it happens, was incorrect anyway.
