Nice patio, great service and good food

The experience was memorable. My family and I ordered steak and fish and both dishes were superb. The attention to detail was impressive, from the service, the main dishes and the dessert. The staff is also a great add to the experience. They are elegant and well prepared, speak multiple languages and are extremely friendly. The ambiance is also a great touch, with appropriate well crafted playlists, lights and the overall interior design is extremely pleasant. Will come back many times.

I could not recommend this restaurant highly enough. We had the most pleasant and polite waiter (I am sorry I did not catch your name). He was so polite and kind to us, and offered his help despite the fact we could not speak much french. The food was exceptional. The atmosphere was pleasant. 10/10 experience and would certainly attend again.

We were seating there for 20 mins plus and no one approached to even ask us to bring us drinks. Unbelievers!!! Worst service we’ve ever received. The most arrogant and rude waiters we’ve had in Paris.

Weird decor, poor choice of music. Bread was hard and cold. Food was overpriced. Scallops were good, and so was the wine suggestion. However it still doesn’t justify the price.

We had the set menu for $50 euros, which consisted of starter and main dish. Hanger steak was really chewy. Everything else is great. Great customer service.

This restaurant is attached to the Fauchon hotel and the brand of Champagne. We both had the set menu for 60€ plus drinks. The food was very good, and portion sizes were just right. Service was very good, and the decor evokes champagne bubbles.

I discovered le Grand Cafe Fauchon only this month, as I live abroad. it was a great experience, in the right line of Fauchon and the previous restaurant. it was a great moment with great services,

When you pay 29 euros for a classic French Breakfast, you expect the good service and the excellent presentation. There was not even a glass of water. Terrace was nice and a few pieces of baguetts, a croissant, coffee, juice.etc, all were good (Fauchon quality) but the service was so average. I'd rather go to Fauchon and have their pastries, coffee at their terrace; it'd costed me much less for the same thing.
