6/10Although the reviews on Google are very encouraging, it was to our disappointment that the food and the ambient did not meet the hype of this place. The sea food items we have ordered, octopus appetizer and risotto with seas urchins, were not cooked properly that one could tell the product are not fresh but frozen. The baccalà appetizer and the rabbit ragù linguine were a fair compensation to the seafood disappointment. Furthermore, the price range and the restaurant ambience do not align. For such prices, one would expect a higher quality of furniture.. all in all, it is a nice place but overhyped and overpriced

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and promptly guided to our table. The service was exceptional—our waitress went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free needs, double-checking every dish I ordered, even when it was clearly marked on the menu. The food was absolutely delicious. As starters, we had the **Cubotto di Manzo** and the **Fiore di Zucca**. For our mains, we enjoyed the **Bistecca di Manzo** and the **Filetto di Maiale**, both cooked to perfection. Though we skipped dessert, we were treated to local **Cantucci** on the house. Since I couldn’t have them, the waitress thoughtfully sourced **Baci chocolates** for me instead—a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that truly stood out.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was excellent and not expensive for the quality of food. I had a steak for €28 which was perfectly cooked and so large I could not eat it all. The local wine was really nice. There were some nice extra touches provided. The staff were lovey.

We had a very nice meal and experience at Le Grondici. The servers were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The mixed salad was really a nice size to split between two people and we appreciated our server pointing this out for us upon ordering. The food was delicious and nicely proportioned. It was tempting to go there two nights in a row!

10/10Nice restaurant, very close to the Trevi fountain, few steps to via del corso, central Rome for shopping and stroll. Large tables, very appreciated, good choice of quality plates and flavours from the menu, definitely a place to stop for dinner!

We found this restaurant via a promotion on The Fork and are thrilled we tried it as it was amazing! The restaurant itself is in a great spot (not far from the Trevi Fountain). It has a very modern decor that was welcoming and posh. The serving team was top notch and took excellent care of us! For a starter we ordered the “Maritozzo sandwich with stracciata cheese, hazelnuts, and pulled pork” which was far and away the best starter we had on our Italy trip. The presentation and taste were top notch! For the mains we tried 2 meat entrees: salmon and chicken. The salmon had a delicious mango glaze which I recommend! Additionally the hot chocolate pie was really good for a dessert. It was like a warm lava cake with a crème around it. The wait staff was awesome and we even had the chef stop by our table which made it even more special. Highly recommend this establishment!

9.5/10Really nice restaurant in Rome centrum. The music is a bit louder than avarage, which personally I like (you could still talk very well). The staff are so nice! (all of them). We felt really welcome. The food also great quality, we especially liked the Salmon and the potatos.

Upscale restaurant with modern interior design. Very nice table settings and high quality plates and utensils. One thing I don’t like is the lighting, it’s too white and bright. The food are great especially the lobster spaghetti. The steak was also good, but the meat wasn’t tender.

7/10We booked with a substantial yums discount and we wonder if that affected our perception by the waiting staff? I certainly would not expect the undercurrent of disdain,which we detected here, in the many restaurants of quality in which we have eaten ,either in the UK or further afield! We have been eating in restaurants in Rome for 30 years so have had a variety of experiences. The food was good quality and there is a decent wine list however the pricing is a little more expensive than you would expect for similar elsewhere. There is a reasonably priced house wine.There are some nice touches such as a complimentary amuse-bouche and the decor is bright and contemporary ,if a little too harsh in lighting terms.The seating is comfortable . The menu has a good variety of starters ,pasta and mains.We did not have starters.Our party had the amatriciana ( classic) and carbonara with truffle (oil, I think, rather than grated), I had the rack of lamb ,which was not a rack ,as I understand it,being more of a smallish piece of lamb without the bone,and the last member of our party had the veal meatballs with pommes purées.We had a side of roast potatoes. All were good and well seasoned although I was somewhat disappointed with my lack of rack ,in lamb terms. The desserts are mostly parfaits and as no-one,other than myself was in the mood for dessert , we had one tirimisiu which was nice,if not astounding . This appears to be a hotel restaurant and possibly the service is a bit full of itself or too cool for school.We were disappointed in the lack of warmth and we had a multitude of servers ,rather than one waiter. Our bill arrived promptly and our discount had been applied, however as I was calling up the app another bill was supplied ,with a missing cover charge of €12 . This did appear in fine print on the menu ,however it seemed high even for Rome! As I was paying via the app a waitress quickly appeared to say that they hadn’t received payment and I had to explain that I was in the process of doing so. The food was good ,but all in all ,we did not feel welcome or appreciated as customers and we would not revisit.

6.5/10Food was good. The host/server appeared bothered by the fact that we used The Fork to make our reservation. Maybe because it had a 20% discount off the food? Not sure. Seemed rather judgmental/rude and kind of killed our moods at the start of dinner.

9/10We used my "yums" points from "the fork".. So we got -50 euros. I would say that food was usual. It was well-done but nothing special. The sitting place is 3 euros per person. The design of the resto is nice.

7.5/10It is a shame the atmosphere is very cafeteria-ish because the food is outstanding. The restaurant needs to create some ambiance by lowering the lighting, dividing the room, changing the furniture -- it just has nothing special about it. But, again, the food was delicious.

Excellent foid, delightfull service - attentive but not overattwntive. For starters we had maritozzi with stracciata and prisciutto and tacos al'italiana with tuna fish, which were actually toasted bread with cubed tuna, tomatoes, olives and pecoribo - both were outstandind. For main courses we had an excellent carbonara, and for dessert - tiramisu and a three chocolates semifredo. On the whole an excellent meal, a bit pricey but worth it.

The food was good, we didn't have to wait too long for the starter and first dish, but we had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes since ordering the food until we got the second dish. I did tell the waitress we had to go to a work meeting and she told me it would be ready right away, but we had to wait for 10 more minutes after that. They brought the food just in the moment we were about to ask for the bill and leave. We had to eat the second this very quickly without enjoying it at all. None of the waitors even apologized for this.

9.5/10My wife and I made dinner reservations and were seated immediately. The waitresses were very attentive and helped make recommendations for us newcomers. The food was excellent (wife - carbonara, me - steak with mini potatoes). I would highly recommend them for their service and food.
