    There are too many tables in the restaurant which affecting the service and ambiance. We had eight people for dinner but were seated in a table suits for six, I would say. The food was really good!

    The venue is incredible. A stone’s throw away from Veuve Clicquot, Le Jardin Les Crayères is in a beautiful garden setting. The food was good, and the wine was excellent.

    The service was awful, apero was forgotten, when it finally came the wine was already opened and the first course served. Other things like water took forever but the food was coming in a way that you thought the have reserved the table twice. Regarding food, starter was ok but not overwhelming, for the main the meat was excellent bug the side were not fully cooked (a complaint was met with a shrug), desert was quite good again. Overall, for a bib gourmand restaurant a very bad experience- the bib gourmand seems to be coming as giving connects to the main restaurant. Thus brasserie ha a very nice ambiente, bug food quality and service are for a tourist place and the wine prices are ridiculous.

    One of the meat dishes we received was extremely overcooked. We asked for a new dish which was cooked much better and the restaurant did not charge us for the dish which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we expected more from a Michelin star restaurant.

    Amazing local champagne list, server was incredible. Food was okay. Tomato salad lacked flavor and the duck was tough. Chicken pate en croute was lovely and John Diry was cooked to perfection.

    Once we found the Brasserie hidden in a lovely park we got our table quickly and the staff seated us and took our order of sparkling water. 15 minute wait for menus and 10 to take our aperitif-order (and our order of water again). 5 minutes later they took our foodorder and our waterorder again. We recieved our starters but no water and no drinks. Starters 4/5 and 2/5. Water served after starter was finished. Ordered wine for the main. Maincourse came. Had to ask for the wine again. The pork was dry. 1/5. No bread was served. All other tables had bread. We did not want to complain more because every interaction felt forced and uncomfortable. We asked for a small break before dessert wich was perfectly timed. But the dessert disappointed. 2/5. Just sweet and boring. Textures off. We had moderate expectations of the food but quite high expectations of service. For a bib-gourmand brasserie, food 2/5 and service 2/5. Location 4,5/5. They took drinks off the bill, but we left dissatisfied.

    The ambience is beautiful. When we arrived they momentarily could not find our reservation. I had a copy of it and showed the waiting staff and they found it. Not a real problem however. Service was slow to receive our drinks. My cocktail was incorrect. My husband and I shared the steak dish. It hadn't been rested and was very bloody and very chewy. I had to send it back as did my husband. Something I have never done. We ordered the duck dish, which took a while understandably. Again, it hadn't been rested and was very bloody on the plate and a little chewy. Overall, somewhat disappointing and I do not like writing anything negative about a restaurant as I know the work involved. I hope to revisit.

    Food is ok but nothing special. Drinks are extremely expensive. A coke is 8 euros, a glass of champagne is around 18!!! We got a horrible table: the waiters walked next to that table 50 times an hour to take the shortest way. We told them nicely and they acknowledged the problem. But then did nothing about it. Unfriendly young waitress, not interested in what she was doing. Disappointed.

    The booking and entry was easy and the staff was pleasant. Overall the food left so much to be desired for flavors and texture. I have been to many Michelin Star restuarants globally and this one just simply didn't impress. I Have had better flavored food at a food cart in downtown Paris.

    I really suggest you don't go there. Because the roast duck was so disgusting that you couldn't bite it or cut it with a knife. This was so horrible so I returned the duck after just one bite. The dessert are not good either, eve chocolate can't cover the sour bitter taste of strawberries. By the way, a small bottle of water cost 5 euros, which was crazy. I have never ever had such expensive water in any Michelin restaurant anywhere, Paris or Italy.

    Menu with qr code for this kind of restaurant is not the most applicable and printed menu would be appreciated. Also, online menu is translated with google translator which is not precisely correct. Also, not every staff member speaks english which makes it hard to communicate. We loved the interior that reminds of an old brewery.

    Food was tasty but service lacked. Perfectly friendly but very forgetful and not attentive. Room was too cold and dark. They only remembered to switch on ambient light mid way through. No toilet paper and hand towels towards the end of the evening! We were there for a big birthday celebration which had been pre announced and also reminded about while there. Was completely ignored/forgotten about. Not a good bye when we left. Did not create a special evening.

    This is a great place to dine for lunch in-between touring champagne houses. The service was top notch and the atmosphere inviting and bright.     We are so glad that we were able to make reservations for lunch here during our visit to Reims while doing some champagne tours and tastings. Absolutely the best spot for anyone.
